Employability skills can be improved through the application of appropriate learning models and the use of interactive learning media. This study aims to implement the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by Trello media analyze teacher and student activities during the learning process and measure employability skills before and after implementation. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach using the Project Based Learning model which is carried out in two cycles with four stages namely planning implementation observation and reflection. The type of data used consists of quantitative data obtained from the results of employability skills teacher and learner activities and then analyzed descriptively percentage as well as qualitative data in the form of teacher interviews learner questionnaires observation sheets documentation and field notes which are analyzed through data reduction data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The subjects of this study were students of class XI Office Management at SMK Negeri 1 Malang. The teacher plays an active role as a facilitator motivator and guide during the process while students show independent activities in designing projects discussing in teams managing time and presenting results creatively. The results showed that the PjBL model assisted by Trello was able to improve students employability skills especially in the aspects of communication collaboration problem solving and time management which are relevant to the demands of today s world of work.
