The lack of digital competence and low learning outcomes of class X Office Management students at SMKN 1 Malang are the main reasons for developing the SI-DIGMIN website-based learning media as a solution to these problems. This study applies the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model. The main objective is to produce SI-DIGMIN website-based learning media for the Office Management and Business Services department to improve digital competence and student learning outcomes. Data analysis uses descriptive percentage techniques normality testing and paired sample t-test. Before being implemented in the field the product has passed a feasibility test by media experts and material experts with very high assessment results so it is declared very suitable for use. The results of the study are that the SI-DIGMIN interactive learning media is able to improve digital competence and student learning outcomes and has positive impacts such as increased motivation material understanding and psychomotor skills. Therefore SI-DIGMIN is an alternative learning media that is suitable for implementation in the school environment.
