This study aims to identify the main factors that are considered as motivation for students employability. This study uses a quantitative method of EFA approach by collecting primary data through questionnaires. Non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0 software. The research respondents consisted of 144 students of the 2021 Commerce/Business Education Study Program who had participated in the learning process consisting of 83 students of Malang State University 66 students of Surabaya State University and 77 students of the Indonesian Education University. The findings of this study indicate that 10 factors are formed in the variance explained test by looking at the eigen values above 1 and there are 5 most important factors that affect student employability namely 1psychological factors 2financial rewards 3labor market considerations 4self-efficacy and 5work environment.
