System of Linear Equation with Two Variables (SLETV) is one of the mathematical materials studied by students in grade VIII of junior high school. Students have several obstacles in the SLETV learning process namely difficulty in making mathematical models and students have difficulty in operating mathematical models using the elimination method and substitution method. The researcher chose a solution to the student s obstacles by developing a play-board media so that it can help students operate SLETV questions using the elimination method. By choosing media development the researcher chose a development research that used the ADDIE method model (analysis design development implementation and evaluation). In the ADDIE model the researcher will carry out several stages including analysis of student obstacles and student needs creating a play-board media design developing media by validating it with media experts applying it to the SLETV learning process in schools and finally an evaluation of the media will be carried out. After going through the stages of the ADDIE model the researcher obtained research results that showed that the media was valid and practical to be applied in SLETV learning in schools.
