This study aims to develop a valid practical and effective Interactive-PowerPoint mathematics learning media. The study employed the ADDIE model. The research subjects consisted of 30 students. The results indicated that the Interactive-PowerPoint media was deemed valid with a score of 3 05. It was considered practical with a practicality percentage of 97 9% based on student response questionnaires and 96 7% based on teacher response questionnaires. Furthermore the Interactive PowerPoint media was found to be effective with 70% of students achieving the minimum mastery criteria.
