Deaf workers are individuals with hearing impairments who often face challenges in the workplace both in terms of communication social interaction and discrimination that comes from ableist views. Ableism is a form of prejudice or negative views towards people with disabilities that causes unequal treatment including access to decent work. Although there are policies that regulate the rights of people with disabilities in the workplace in practice deaf people still experience accessibility barriers and lack of support from the work environment. This study aims to describe (1) Forms of ableism (2) Analyze accessibility policies and facilities and (3) Identify the impact of ableism on deaf workers at PTPN I Regional 3 Kebun Batujamus. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type to explore the phenomenon of ableism and accessibility to deaf workers at PTPN 1 Regional 3 Kebun Batujamus. The subjects of the study consisted of deaf workers other co-workers and company leaders. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews observations and documentation studies. The research procedure includes the pre-field stage field process data processing and reporting. Data analysis includes data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study found that (1) Forms of ableism at PTPN 1 Regional 3 Kebun Batujamus include a lack of understanding of deaf workers negative stigma microaggressions social exclusion and jealousy between co-workers (2) The company has provided job opportunities without discrimination in recruitment there are no special policies or programs that support career development and non-physical accessibility especially in communication and (3) The existence of ableism at PTPN 1 Regional 3 Kebun Batujamus only has an impact on the company s social exclusion. Therefore there needs to be an inclusive policy and training program that focuses on increasing understanding of disabilities especially deaf people in order to create a more supportive and ableism-free work environment.
