This research and development produced a product of learning materials in the form of an E-Module containing material related to disaster mitigation in phase C and was developed by strengthening the attitude of mutual cooperation. The development of this E-Module was carried out to meet the needs of teachers and students based on the results of interviews questionnaires and observations when conducting a needs analysis. The results obtained were that teachers and students had never used the E-Module in the subject of Social Sciences there were difficulties for teachers to teach disaster mitigation material and not all students were active in group activities. The objectives of the research and development of the E-Module for disaster mitigation material by strengthening the attitude of mutual cooperation for grade VI of elementary school are 1) To produce E-Module teaching materials that are feasible to be implemented based on validation by teaching material experts and material experts. 2) To produce E-Module teaching materials that are practical to implement based on assessments from users namely teachers and students. 3) To produce E-Module teaching materials that are effective in strengthening the attitude of mutual cooperation for grade VI elementary school students. The method used is the type of Research and Development (R amp D) research. Researchers use R amp D because it is in accordance with the objectives of this study namely to design an educational product in the form of an E-Module of disaster mitigation material that can meet the needs of the learning process. The development model used in this research and development is the ADDIE model which consists of five steps namely analyze design develop implement and evaluate. The conclusion of this research and development is that the E-Module obtained a validation result from teaching material experts of 72.5 in the very valid criteria. The validation result from material experts was 36 which is included in the valid criteria. The assessment results from teachers obtained an average score of 49.5 including the very practical criteria. The practicality assessment by students in small groups was 43.8 and the assessment in large groups was 43.3 both included in the very practical criteria. The assessment of the effectiveness of the E-Module of disaster mitigation material in strengthening students mutual cooperation attitudes obtained a score percentage of 97% including the very effective category. So that the E-Module of disaster mitigation material can be used as an alternative teaching material that is feasible and practical to implement. There are suggestions that can be given to future researchers namely to change the assignment collection method so that it can be done directly on the E-Module.
