Meanwhile the R-Square value of the teacher performance variable is 0.469 so it can be concluded that teacher performance is influenced by work discipline by 46.9%. and the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other variables not in the study. Based on the results of the analysis it indicates that work discipline is directly proportional to the improvement of teacher performance. Hypothesis testing also shows that teacher performance has a significant indirect effect on teacher performance through teacher self-resilience with a p-value of 0.003 (p-value lt 0.05) and a t-statistic of 2.935 (t-statistic gt 1.96). The self-resilience variable has an R-Square value of 0.399. Thus the self-resilience variable 39.9% of variation in self-resilience can be explained by the work discipline variable. The remaining 60.1% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.
