p Breast cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related mortality among women with approximately 2.3 million new cases and 670 000 deaths reported globally. In Indonesia Malang City is exhibiting a fluctuating trend in breast cancer incidence with 139 new cases in 2023. Public Health Center X became a research location due to its consistent rise in reported cases over the past three years (2021 ndash 2023). This study aims to develop flipchart media titled Early Detection and Prevention of Breast Cancer using 10 steps research and development. Needs assessment involving 30 community health workers who expressed a preference for flipcharts with breast self-examination (56 7%). Early design product validated by media and material expert with the result that the media is worthy. Product trial is done after design revision to 10% population 24 respondents. The result from the product trial is 84 5% which fits the criteria very worthyl. The evaluation from community health workers are development of a digital version resizing the product into mini size and fostering intersectoral collaboration to support ongoing educational initiatives. This development was limited to the seventh stage because there were no plans to test the product s effectiveness on a large group. /p
