p This research discusses the sustainability of thematic village tourism in Malang City. Thematic villages are one of the government programs to overcome slum areas and improve the quality of life in the residential environment by highlighting the potential or icon of the village to become a tourist attraction. The development of thematic villages focuses on the development of the economy and tourism sector of Malang City. This research aims to determine the level of sustainability of Thematic Village tourism in Malang City as well as to provide recommendations for targeted strategies for the sustainability of Thematic Village tourism in Malang City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine the level of tourism sustainability and formulate a Tourism Sustainability Strategy for Thematic Villages in Malang City based on SWOT Analysis. The research location is Thematic Village in Malang City namely Kampung Warna Warni Jodipan Kampung Biru Arema Kampung Tridi Kampung Heritage Kajoetangan Kampung Glintung Go Green Kampung Putih and Kampung Topeng. As a result thematic villages can utilize the strategy recommendations for the sustainability of thematic village tourism. /p
