p In the economic field the informal sector has an important role providing goods and services for the formal sector. However informal sectors such as street vendors often cause spatial and environmental problems in cities. The term Street Vendors (PKL) refers to traders or sellers who carry out buying and selling activities on the roadside or sidewalk. This study aims to examine the effect of capital location and length of business on the income of street vendors (PKL) at Laron Market Batu Tourism City. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The population in this study were all street vendors located in Laron Market Batu City with a sample of 106 street vendors selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests. The results showed that (1) capital has a positive and significant effect on street vendor income (2) location has a positive and significant effect on street vendor income and (3) length of business has a positive and significant effect on street vendor income. Simultaneously capital location and length of business have a significant effect on the income of street vendors in the Laron Market of Batu Tourism City. /p
