p This study was carried out with the aim of exploring the forms of power used by Paguyuban business actors and the role they play in increasing productivity and efficiency in order to increase profitability at Paguyuban Sentra Pia Gempol. Qualitative methods with semi-structured interviews were used in this research to find research information data. The research results show that there are 5 (five) types of non-financial capital namely social capital intellectual capital human capital institutional/structural capital and spiritual capital. This research provides benefits so that MSME players can actively participate in events and communities increase knowledge through training and pay attention to employee development. With this variety of capital it is hoped that other MSME players can be more optimal in managing supporting capital and increasing the profitability of their businesses. /p
