Abstract

p The purpose of this research is to assess how customer loyalty at the Amstirdam Coffeeshop Soekarno Hatta branch is impacted by brand image brand trust and brand authenticity. This study s backdrop is the fierce competition in the coffee shop sector which necessitates that all company actors be able to sustainably foster client loyalty and trust. By distributing questionnaires to Amstirdam Coffeeshop patrons a quantitative research methodology is used to gather data. The correlations between the study s variables were then investigated by employing multiple linear regression techniques to analyze the collected data. Customer loyalty is positively and significantly affected by authenticity and brand trust based on the analysis results but not by brand image. It is advised that Amstirdam Coffeeshop s management give top priority to initiatives aimed at boosting customer trust by raising the caliber of its goods and services and bolstering the brand s legitimacy to increase patronage. /p
