p This current study investigates the influence of religiosity work engagement and employee performance. In this study a quantitative approach method was used with correlation research. Three problem formulations were derived 1) How does religiosity influence employee performance 2) How does work engagement impact employee performance 3) Do religiosity and work engagement interact to influence employee performance The study focuses on two Sharia banks in Malang City Bank Muamalat KC Malang and Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Malang Suprapto. This research modified surveys from multiple sources to gather the required information. 63 non-managerial employees were selected using a sampling saturation technique. The researchers directly surveyed respondents to gather data for this study. The obtained data was processed examined using statistical tests and presented descriptively through valid calculations. The study rsquo s conclusions showed religiosity as a positive and impactful effect on employee performance work engagement also as a positive and impactful effect on employee performance and religiosity with work engagement as a positive and impactful effect on employee performance. As a result it can be accomplished that these data can be used as references or comparisons to deepen topics related to human resource management both by academics and practitioners in the world of work. /p
