p The purpose of this research can be used to prove the effect of workload on cyberloafing behavior with burnout as mediation at PT Petrokimia Gresik. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 94 respondents in the Human Resources Compartment and the Financial Administration Compartment at PT Petrokimia Gresik. The data obtained were tested for classical assumptions consisting of normality test and linearity test and hypothesis testing consisting of p-path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was an influence between Workload (X) on Cyberloafing Behavior (Y). There is a significant influence between workload (X) on Burnout (Z). There is a significant influence between Burnout (Z) on Cyberloafing Behavior (Y). There is a significant influence between workload (X) through burnout (Z) on cyberloafing behavior (Y) at PT Petrokimia Gresik. /p
