This research aims to develop a website-assisted electronic archive to support archival management in the administration of SMKN 1 Malang. Then to determine the feasibility of SIADU through validation tests by system experts and material experts as well as feasibility trials by users. As well as to test the effectiveness of archive retrieval on the Dynamic Archive Information System in supporting the smooth management of archives in the administration of SMKN 1 Malang. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the 4D model proposed by Thiagarajan. The result of this research is that the Digital Dynamic Archive Information System (SIADU) is feasible to use in the administration of SMKN 1 Malang with a percentage of 95% from system experts and 80% from material experts and 88.5% by users. The effectiveness of SIADU archive retrieval received a value of 2% which means it is quite effective.
