The findings reveal six major sources of stress that the participants came across in their entire teaching life. Related to the current situation pandemic was the first stressor mentioned. Lacking of students participation difficulty in supervising the students also finding the best and appropriate teaching methods hamper the process of e-learning. Challenges related to class management came after the pandemic. The learners rsquo s motivation decreased drastically due to incapability to access teaching platform limited internet quota as well as online video gaming. Work-related stress served as the fourth stressor such as overburden workload extra piles of assignments and number of students. Moreover related to time management the participants frequently took the unfinished duty home and became impatient. Lastly curriculum and school administration contributed to the stress the partcipants dealth with. They argued that Curriculum 2013 was ineffective and they received insufficient support from the administrative staff. The significant factors of resilience they administered were having positive personality such as the love for the school and the students having a supportive colleagues and family that they can rely and talk to as well as institutional support which facilitates them to enhance their professional development.
