The ring concept has many developments especially the ring whose elements is the sum of a special element in the ring such as clean ring and nil clean ring. Many researchers are interested in developing the concept of clean ring and nil clean ring so that they are developed into strongly clean ring and nil clean ring by adding commutative axioms to multiplication operations on specific elements in the ring.This research is continued by completing several proofs and examples about of strongly 960 -regular ring which is closely related to the two previous concepts. In this research we discuss the properties of strongly nil clean on a elements and rings. Also we discuss the relationship between the properties of the nil clean ring with the strongly clean ring strongly 960 -regular ring and special groups in the ring such as Jacobson Radical.
