Pendidikan dapat dimaknai sebagai suatu proses pembelajaran untuk membantu manusia dalam mengembangkan dan menggali potensi yang ada dalam dirinya sehingga mampu menghadapi berbagai macam perubahan yang terjadi. Proses belajar mengajar dapat dikatakan berhasil jika dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Hasil belajar dapat dijadikan tolok ukur untuk mengetahui keberhasilan belajar siswa. Hasil belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang berkaitan dengan proses belajar. Dalam penelitian ini faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar diantaranya adalah perhatian orang tua dan pergaulan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa (2) pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X AK SMK Negeri 1 Turen dan XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Turen dengan jumlah 261 siswa dan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling sehingga digunakan sebanyak 158 siswa sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengukur variabel perhatian orang tua dan pergaulan teman sebaya sedangkan dokumentasi untuk mengambil data hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan tingkat sig. sebesar 0.001 0 05 (2) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan tingkat sig. sebesar 0 008 0 05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi perhatian orang tua dan pergaulan teman sebaya maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa begitu juga sebaliknya. Education can be meant as a learning process to help human beings in developing and digging the potential so that it is able to deal with a wide variety of changes that occur. The process of learning activity can be said to be successful if implemented effectively and efficiently in order to obtain a satisfactory learning outcome. Learning outcome can be use as benchmarks to know the success of a students learning. Students learning outcome are influenced by a number of factors. This study manages to seek out the implications possibly given by several of them which are parental attention and association of peers. This study aims to discover (1) the influence of parental attention toward students learning outcome (2) the influence of association of peers toward students learning outcome. This explanatory research applies quantitative approach. There are as many as 261 students listed as the ten grades of accounting departement in SMKN 1 Turen and eleven grades of social department in SMAN 1 Turen which are all include as the study s population whilst only 158 students are taken as the samples trough proportional random sampling procedure. The study use questionnaire to collect data in order to measure the two aforementioned factors being analyzed accompanied by particular documentation to monitor the students learning outcome. Moreover double linear regression is chosen as the data analysis method complete with a set of test which is supported by IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program to prove the hypothesis. The study s results show that (1) parental attention gives significant impact to their learning outcome with the level of sig. 0.001 0 05 (2) association of peers are also positively influential to the students learning outcome with the level of sig. 0 008 0 05. Therefore it can be implied that higher parental attention and assosiatoin of peers can significantly contribute to increase the students learning outcome.
