Marhadi Slamet Kistiyanto M.Si Kata Kunci kebutuhan perumahan proyeksi penduduk Kota Kediri Jumlah penduduk di Kota Kediri pada tahun 2010 sejumlah 266.382 jiwa dan meningkat pada tahun 2015 menjadi 312.999 jiwa. Pertumbuhan penduduk memberikan dampak terhadap kebutuhan rumah yang semakin meningkat. Kebutuhan rumah tersebut memerlukan luas lahan yang digunakan untuk tempat pembangunan sehingga akan mengurangi lahan pertanian. Pembangunan kawasan yang akan direncanakan untuk perumahan tentunya membutuhkan suatu lahan oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan rumah yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui jumlah penduduk Kota Kediri tahun 2015-2040 berdasarkan proyeksi asumsi tetap turun 25% dan turun 50% (2) mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan perumahan Kota Kediri tahun 2015-2040 berdasarkan proyeksi asumsi tetap turun 25% dan turun 50% (3) mengetahui jumlah luas kebutuhan perumahan Kota Kediri tahun 2015-2040 berdasarkan proyeksi asumsi tetap turun 25% dan turun 50% dan (4) mengetahui pola persebaran permukiman yang ada di Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah penduduk Kota Kediri tahun 2015-2040 berdasarkan proyeksi asumsi tetap turun 25% dan turun 50% akan dihitung menggunakan penerapan aplikasi Spectrum 4. Jumlah kebutuhan perumahan Kota Kediri tahun 2015-2040 dihitung berdasarkan asumsi setiap 1 rumah akan ditempati 1 kepala keluarga yang dihuni 4 jiwa. Jumlah luas kebutuhan perumahan Kota Kediri tahun 2015-2040 dihitung berdasarkan luas secara efektif yang membutuhkan ruang 9 m2 setiap jiwa dari luas total rumah. Pola persebaran permukiman yang ada di Kota Kediri dihitung menggunakan analisis tetangga terdekat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah penduduk di Kota Kediri tahun 2015-2040 berdasarkan proyeksi asumsi tetap sejumlah 568.745 jiwa asumsi turun 25% sejumlah 539.278 jiwa dan asumsi turun 50% sejumlah 510.496 jiwa. Jumlah kebutuhan perumahan tahun 2015-2040 berdasarkan proyeksi asumsi tetap berjumlah 142.186 rumah asumsi turun 25% berjumlah 134.820 rumah dan asumsi turun 50% berjumlah 127.624. Luas kebutuhan perumahan tahun 2015-2040 berdasarkan proyeksi asumsi tetap 511 57 ha asumsi turun 25% seluas 485 35 ha dan asumsi turun 50% seluas 459 45 ha. Pola permukiman di Kota Kediri berdasarkan analisis tetangga terdekat memiliki persebaran random dengan pola rumah mengikuti jalan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian kebutuhan perumahan mengalami peningkatan sejalan dengan pertumbuhan penduduk dan kebutuhan akan luas lahan yang dibutuhkan. Perencanaan diperlukan untuk penempatan lahan perumahan agar penempatan lahan sesuai dengan perencanaan tata ruang wilayah Kota Kediri. ABSTRACT Nurlaili. 2017. Population growth has an impact on the increasing housing needs. The need of house requires a large area of land for the construction site so that it will be reducing the area of agricultural land. The development of the area that will be planned for housing certainly requires a land therefore an analysis is needed to find the amount of housing needs in the future. This study aims to (1) know the number of people in Kediri City for 2015-2040 based on the projection of fixed assumptions down 25% and down 50% (2) to know the number of housing needs in Kediri City for 2015-2040 based on the projection of fixed assumption down 25% and down 50% (3) to know the total amount of housing needs in Kediri City for 2015-2040 based on the projection of fixed assumption down 25% and down 50% and (4) to know the dispersion pattern of settlements in Kediri City. This research uses quantitative approach. The number of people in Kediri City for 2015-2040 based on fixed assumption projections down 25% and 50% decrease will be calculated using application of Spectrum 4. The number of housing needs in Kediri City for 2015-2040 is calculated based on the assumption that every 1 house will be occupied 1 head of family inhabited 4 souls. The total area of housing needs in Kediri City for 2015-2040 is calculated on the basis of the area effectively which requires space 9 m2 of each soul from the total area of the house. Dispersion pattern of settlement in Kediri City is calculated using nearest neighbor analysis. The results showed that the number of people in the Kediri City in 2015-2040 based on fixed assumption projections is 568.745 people assumption down 25% is 539.278 people and assumption down 50% is 510.496 people. The number of housing needs for 2015-2040 based on the projected fixed assumption is 142.186 houses assumption down 25% is 134.820 houses and assumption down 50% is 127.624 houses. The width of housing needs for 2015-2040 is based on fixed assumption projections is 511 57 ha assumption down 25% is 485 35 ha and assumption down 50% is 459 45 ha. The dispersion pattern of settlements in Kediri City based on the analysis of the nearest neighbor has a random distribution with the pattern of houses following the road. The conclusion of the residential needs study has increased in line with the population growth and the need for the required land area. Planning is required for the placement of residential land so that the placement of land in accordance with the spatial planning of the City of Kediri.
