ABSTRACT Nazhifa, Firda Qotrunnada. 2019. Analysis of the Success Rate of Mobile Banking (M-Banking) Based on User Perception: Adaptation of DeLone & McLean Information System Success Models. Sarjana’s Thesis, Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Malang. Advisor Dr. Satia Nur Maharani, SE, M.Sa, Ak. Keywords: Mobile Banking, Accounting Information Systems, DeLone & McLean Information System Success This study aims to test the success rate of banking accounting information systems in the form of mobile banking (m-banking) using the specification of DeLone & McLean's model (D & M IS Success Model). The population of this study is the bank customers. The sample of this study was 160 users of mobile banking. The type of data in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire given to respondents. The research method used was Covarian Based SEM (CB-SEM), where CB-SEM was intended as a method to confirm the theory. The results showed (1) The System Quality has a positive effect on the Utilization, (2) System Quality has a positive effect on User Satisfaction, (3) Information Quality has a positive effect on Utilization, (4) Information Quality has no effect on User Satisfaction, (5) User Satisfaction has a positive effect on Utilization, (6) Utilization has a positive effect on Net Benefits, (7) User Satisfaction has a positive effect on Net Benefits. The limitation of this study lies in the external variable in the form of service quality which is not included in the research construct, because the variable is actually part of the quality of the system. Therefore, for further research is suggested to include the service quality variables into the model so that it can be obtained a different and more in-depth results.
