Mashuri M.Hum (II) Dra. Yuliati M.Hum Kata Kunci Eksistensi Perusahaan Transportasi umum Perkembangan Perusahaan Transportasi merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi perkembangan ekonomi dengan demikian transportasi merupakan ladang usaha yang menjanjikan bagi para pemilik modal. Yustinus Suroso merupakan salah seorang usahawan yang dapat membaca peluang itu dengan mendirikan Perusahaan Otobus Rosalia Indah. Perkembangan Perusahaan Otobus Rosalia Indah sangat menarik untuk diteliti karena perusahaan telah jauh berkembang dan menjadi salah satu perusahaan transportasi terbesar di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang dicari dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut (1) Bagaimanakah Perkembangan Perusahaan Otobus Rosalia Indah tahun 1991-2014 (2) Bagaimanakah Eksistensi Perusahaan Otobus Rosalia Indah tahun 1991- 2014 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah. Penelitian sejarah memiliki lima langkah yaitu pemilihan topik heuristik kritik interpretasi historiografi Pada awalnya Yustinus Suroso dipercaya oleh bapak H. Atmo Wiranto sebagai kepala cabang Perusahaan Otobus Timbul Jaya sebagai kepala cabang agen Perusahaan Otobus Timbul Jaya. Tahun 1984 Yustinus Suroso mendirikan travel dengan trayek Jogja-Surabaya PP dan Jogja-Blitar PP dengan nama Rosalia Indah. Pada tahun 1991 Yustinus Suroso resmi mengundurkan diri dari Timbul Jaya dan pada tanggal 11 Maret 1991 Perusahaan Otobus Rosalia didirikan. Yustinus Soeroso mengembangkan sayap usahanya menjadi perusahaan multi usaha dibawah naungan Rosalia Indah Group yang terdiri dari unit usaha yang tersebar di Pulau Jawa. Unit-unit usaha Rosalia Indah Grup antara lain BPU. Rosalia Indah PT. Rosalia Indah Tour Travel PT. Rosalia Express Ros In Hotel SPBU 44.577.08 Sroyo Central Laundry RM. Rosalia Indah Indramayu Bitung Ngawi Restoran Sederhana Caruban Surakarta. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pada tanggal 11 Maret 1991 PO. Rosalia Indah didirikan oleh Yustinus Soeroso dengan no. izin usaha BPU No. 05/02/BPU/III/1991 dan akte notaris 11 Maret 1992. Perusahaan Otobus Rosalia Indah berusaha mempertahankan komitmen memberikan pelayanan dengan menerapkan panca pesona Keamanan Kebersihan Kenyamanan Ketepatan Kekeluargaan yang menjadi dasar filosofi perusahaan. Keywords existence company public transportation The Development of company Transportation is basic needs for economic development thus transportation is business fields promising to the owner capital. Yustinus Suroso is one business who can read opportunities with to establish the bus Rosalia Indah .The development of bus companies Rosalia Indah of great interest to the examined because this company is now has grown far and becomes one of company transportation largest in Indonesia. The formulation issue in this study first how the development of bus companies rosalia indah 1991 - 2014 second how existence bus companies rosalia indah 1991 - 2014 This research in a historical research. Histocical reseacrh had five stage namely (1) the selection of a topic (2) collection source (3) verification (critism history the validity of source (4) interpetation analysis and synthesis and (5) writing. At the beggining Yustinus Soeroso was given responsibility by H. Atmo Wiranto to manage one of Bus Companies Timbul Jaya s branch offices. In 1984 Suroso initiated to start his own travel agent named Rosalia Indah of which routes are two way Jogja Surabaya and Jogja Blitar. Later in 1991 Yustinus Soeroso decided to resign from Bus Companies Timbul Jaya before officially established Bus Companies Rosalia Indah. Yustinus Soeroso expanded his business under the Rosalia Indah Grup which also owns a number of small units located in Java. Those units are mentioned hereafter BPU. Rosalia Indah PT.
