Keyword Video of Senam Ceria Gross Motor Skill Down Syndrome Down syndrome is a state of a person with mental disorders physical intelligence and lack of ability to control the motor. Students with Down syndrome tend to be passive in conducting any activity in daily life. To reduce it it is necessary to do activities that can improve gross motor skills such as gymnastics. Gymnastics is one of the activities that can improve motor skills in the field of Physical Education and Health. Students with Down syndrome require an interesting exercise that needs to be made a creative exercises such as calisthenics cheerful. The purpose of this research and development is to produce a video of exercises that can improve gross motor skills of students with Down syndrome in SLB Eka Mandiri Batu proper and effective use in teaching students with Down syndrome.Research and development using the model of development Arief S. Sadiman (2010). Subject validation of products consisting of media experts validator the validator learning experts and validators ABK matter experts. Subject trials conducted to 4 students with Down syndrome in SLB Eka Mandiri Batu. The results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the development of gymnastics video cheerful. The results of the validation of three experts the media expert ABK learning experts and subject matter experts showed that exercise video cheerful very feasible to use in learning gross motor skills of students with Down syndrome. Results obtained from media experts shows the percentage of 94% a 92% gain ABK learning and subject matter experts gained 87%. The trial results showed that exercise video cheerful effective for use in learning gross motor skills of students with Down syndrome. Tests on the students gained an average of 100% What this means is learning media in the form of a very decent exercise video cheerful and effectively used to improve gross motor skills of students with Down syndrome in SLB Eka Mandiri Batu. Suggestions put forward for (1) the researcher can improve gymnastics happy with the choreography and rhythm more interesting (2) researchers can then develop gymnastics happy with the subject of children with special needs (ABK) to another and (3) further research can do studies with diverse populations and research areas.
