Key words Self Efficacy Teacher Profession Discernment KPL Experience Readiness to Become a Lecture A readiness to be a teacher or lecturer is a condition or ability owned by a university student either physical or mental to guide educate and direct learners to achieve an expected education result. The readiness of a teacher in teaching should be supported by pedagogic competency personality social and professional. Besides a teacher should have formal or non-formal education.. This research has purpose to fathom (1) Self efficacy description teacher profession discernment KPL experience and readiness to become a teacher. (2) Self efficacy influence toward KPL experience. (3) Discernment influence about teacher profession toward KPL experience. (4) Self efficacy influence toward the readiness to become a teacher. (5) Discernment influence about teacher profession toward the readiness to become a teacher. (6) KPL experience influence toward the readiness to become a teacher. (7) Self efficacy influence through KPL experience toward the readiness to become a teacher. (8) Discernment influence about teacher profession through KPL experience toward the readiness to become a teacher. This research uses the quantitative approach. The research s sample which is used are 120 college students from 171 people of the total population. The sample collection uses the probability sampling with especially using proportional random sampling. The instrument of data collection is using questionnaire and documentation to collect the data. The research result shows (1) Self efficacy influences positively and significantly toward KPL experience. (2) Teacher profession discernment influences positively and significantly toward KPL experience. (3) Self efficacy influences positively and significantly toward the readiness to become a teacher. (4) Teacher profession discernment influences positively and significantly toward the readiness to become a teacher. (5) KPL experience influences positively and significantly toward the readiness to become a teacher. (6) Self efficacy influences positively and significantly toward the readiness to become a teacher toward KPL experience and the variable of KPL experience is able to mediate self efficacy toward the readiness to become a teacher. (7) Teacher profession discernment has positive influence and no significant toward the readiness to become a teacher through KPL experience and the variable of KPL experience cannot mediate teacher profession discernment toward the readiness to become a teacher. This research shows how important the variable of self efficacy teacher profession discernment and KPL experience toward the readiness to become a teacher is about 32% while the rest is influenced by another variable. iv Based on teh research result suggested (1) Lecturer PADP PTTN can provide motivation to students who attended the lecture are to increase readiness to become a teacher. (2) University student should be able to improve teaching competency increase the insight related to material be ready to face obstacle either from the material or studying concept and innovate and vary in implementing studying concept. (3) P4L LP3 UM can give input to the students who will carry out the KPL in order to maximize the practice teaching in school partners. (4) Other researchers should have more research related to other variables that influence the readiness of becpoming a teacher beside self efficacy teacher profession discernment and KPL experience.
