Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan didapatkan hasil bahwa keterampilan penyelesaian masalah siswa rendah. Rendahnya keterampilan penyelesaian masalah yang dimiliki siswa diduga disebabkan oleh kurangnya bahan ajar dan kurang efektifnya model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam membelajarkan biologi khususnya materi mengenai perubahan lingkungan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pemberian sumber belajar yang digunakan dengan model pembelajaran yang tepat pada siswa. Buku panduan disertai LKS yang disusun secara umum berisi cara pemanfaatan limbah menjadi kerajinan dan pupuk. Buku panduan disertai dengan LKS berbasis problem based learning sebagai tempat siswa untuk menuliskan gagasan hipotesis solusi hingga evaluasi dari solusi permasalahan sehingga dapat mengukur proses hingga hasil dari produk yang dibuat oleh siswa. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan bahan ajar ini adalah mengembangkan buku panduan disertai LKS pemanfaatan limbah berbasis problem based learning yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan penyelesaian masalah perubahan lingkungan di sekitar MA Al Ittihad Poncokusumo Malang. Metode penelitian yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. ADDIE terdiri atas 5 tahapan yaitu tahap analisis (analyze) perancangan (design) pengembangan (develop) implementasi (implement) dan evaluasi (evaluate). Buku panduan disertai LKS di validasi oleh 1 ahli materi 1 ahli media dan 1 praktisi lapangan dan diuji coba pada 39 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan disertai lembar kegiatan siswa dinyatakan sangat valid dengan persentase validasi oleh ketiga validator sebesar ahli materi (98 4 %) ahli media (96 67 %) dan praktisi lapangan (94 43 %). Analisis data hasil uji coba juga menunjukkan kepraktisan produk sebesar 81 036 % yang masuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis dengan revisi kecil apabila dilihat dari desain dan kegrafisan. Uji keefektifan mendapatkan gain score sebesar 0 75 yang berarti tingkat efektifitas media tinggi. Buku panduan disertai LKS efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan penyelesaian masalah pada keenam indikator yaitu identifikasi masalah (25 6 %) identifikasi strategi (36 4 %) mengusulkan hipotesis solusi (52 6 %) evaluasi solusi (62 5 %) dan evaluasi hasil (36 7 %). Pada indikator implementasi solusi mendapatkan rerata skor sebesar 17 10.5 dan 3 dari skor maksimal 20 12 dan 4. Secara keseluruhan indikator keterampilan penyelesaian masalah siswa telah meningkat dan hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan disertai LKS dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penyelesaian masalah siswa. ii SUMMARY Setyawan Dyanita Neswari. 2019. Keywords Handbook accompanied by LKS waste problem based learning problem solving skills MA Al Ittihad is one of the madrasas located in Poncokusumo District Malang Regency. Based on the results of the preliminary study it was found that students problem solving skills were low. The low problem solving skills that students have are thought to be caused by a lack of teaching materials and the ineffectiveness of the learning model used by teachers in teaching biology especially material about environmental change. These problems can be overcome by giving learning resources that are used with the right learning model for students. The guidebook accompanied by LKS was compiled generally containing how to use waste to become crafts and fertilizers. The guidebook is accompanied by problem based learning LKS as a place for students to write down ideas hypotheses solutions and evaluation of solutions to problems so they can measure the process to the results of products made by students. The aim of the research and development of teaching materials is to develop a guidebook accompanied by problem based learning utilization LKS which can improve skills in solving environmental change problems around the MA Al Ittihad Poncokusumo Malang. Research method that uses the ADDIE development model. ADDIE consists of 5 stages namely the analysis stage (analyze) design (design) development (develop) implementation (implement) and evaluation (evaluate). The guidebook accompanied by LKS was validated by 1 material expert 1 media expert and 1 field practitioner and tested on 39 students. The results showed that the guidebook accompanied by student activity sheets was stated to be very valid with the percentage validation by three validators as many as material experts (98.4%) media experts (96.67%) and field practitioners (94.43%). Analysis of experimental data also shows the practicality of the product at 81.036% which is included in the very practical criteria with minor revisions when viewed from design and graphics. The effectiveness test gets a gain score of 0.75 which means the level of media effectiveness is high. The guidebook is accompanied by a student activity sheet effective in improving problem solving skills in six indicators namely problem identification (25.6%) strategy identification (36.4%) proposed solution hypothesis (52.6%) solution evaluation ( 62 5%) and evaluation of results (36.7%). The solution implementation indicators get an average score of 17 10.5 and 3 from the maximum scores of 20 12 and 4. The overall indicators of students problem solving skills have increased and this shows that the guidebooks accompanied by worksheets can be used as media to improve student s problem solving skills.
