vi RINGKASAN Putri, Maria Novianty. 2019. Pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di SDN Bumiayu 3 Malang. Skripsi, Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Kependidikan Sekolah Dasar dan Prasekolah, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing: (I) Drs. Achamd Taufiq, M.Pd., (II) Drs. Heru Agus Triwidjaja, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Gerakan Literasi, Sekolah Dasar Literasi adalah kemampuan dalam memahami, mengakses, dan menggunakan sesuatu melalui berbagi aktivitas, antara lain membaca, melihat, menyimak, menulis, dan berbicara. Sarana dan prasarana literasi adalah seluruh perlengkapan yang disediakan sekolah untuk menunjang terlaksananya kegiatan literasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah, dan (2) mendeskripsikan sarana dan prasarana pendukung gerakan literasi sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru kelas, petugas perpustakaan, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengkategorian data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan gerakan literasi sekolah di SDN Bumiayu 3 Malang belum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan buku panduan gerakan literasi sekolah di sekolah dasar. Pelaksanaan gerakan literasi di SDN Bumiayu 3 Malang yakni berupa kegiatan membaca. Setiap kelas melaksanakan kegiatan literasi membaca dalam hati dengan tahap pembiasaan. Setiap kelas hanya melaksanakan beberapa tahapan membaca dalam hati yang sesuai dengan buku panduan gerakan literasi sekolah SD. Pelaksanaan gerakan literasi didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana dari sekolah meliputi perpustakaan, sudut baca kelas, area baca, dan bahan pustaka. Pengelolaan perpustakaan, sudut baca kelas, dan area baca belum optimal. Perpustakaan belum mempunyai tenaga pustakawan khusus yang mampu mengelola perpustakaan. Sudut baca kelas belum tersedia di semua kelas. Area baca di sekolah hanya berupa kata-kata mutiara dan karya siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan sekolah dapat melaksanakan tahap kegiatan literasi yang sesuai dengan buku panduan gerakan literasi sekolah di sekolah dasar. Sekolah juga diharapkan dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia di sekolah, diantaranya perpustakaan, sudut baca kelas, area baca, dan bahan pustaka. vii SUMMARY Putri, Maria Novianty. 2019. Keywords: Literacy Movement, Elementary School Literacy is ability in understanding, accessing, and using something through various activities, including reading, seeing, listening, writing, and speaking. Facilities and infrastructures of literacy are all of tools that provided by school to support the implementation of literacy activity. This study aimed to (1) describe the implementation of school literacy movement, and (2) describe the supporting facilities and infrastructures of school literacy movement. This study was qualitative study with descriptive research type. Data resource of this study consisted of headmaster, teacher of class, librarian, and students. Data collection used in this study was conducted through observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data categorization, data presentation and conclusion. The result of this study shown that the implementation of school literacy movement in State Elementary School of Bumiayu 3 Malang had not been implemented the activity in accordance with the guidebook of school literacy movement in elementary school. The implementation of literacy movement in State Elementary School of Bumiayu 3 Malang was in the form of reading activity. Each class conducted literacy activity in the form of reading inwardly with habituation step. Each class only conducted several stages of reading inwardly that accordance with the guidebook of literacy movement for elementary school. The implementation of literacy movement supported with the facilities and infrastructures of school that included library, reading corner, reading area, and literature materials. The management of library, reading corner, and reading area was not optimal. Library did not have the dedicated librarian who was able to manage the library. The reading corner in the class was not yet available in all of classes. Reading area in the school was only in the form of aphorisms and students work. Based on the study result, school was expected to implement the literacy activity that in accordance with the guidebook of school literacy movement for elementary school. School was also expected to improve the management of facilities and infrastructures that provided by school such as library, reading corner of class, reading area and literature materials.
