Kata Kunci keterampilan berbicara menyampaikan pendapat diskusi kelompok Keterampilan berbicara pada siswa sekolah dasar sangat penting sebagai alat komunikasi dalam menyampaikan pendapat. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti siswa kelas V SDN Sidorejo II masih kurang percaya diri kurang lancar ketika harus berbicara menyampaikan pendapatnya. Berkaitan dengan itu maka diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa seperti metode diskusi kelompok. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode diskusi kelompok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara menyampaikan pendapat dan mendiskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan berbicara menyampaikan pendapat siswa kelas V menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok di SDN Sidorejo II Bojonegoro Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Data penelitian berupa kalimat dan pernyataan yang diperoleh dari wawancara dokumetasi dan observasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa pedoman observasi RPP Pedoman observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok dan pedoman observasi berupa aktifitas siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sebagai berikut penggunaan metode diskusi kelompok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara menyampaikan pendapat siswa kelas V SDN Sidorejo II dapat diambil kesimpulan berhasil. Hasil peningkatan keterampilan berbicara menyampaikan pendapat siswa kelas V menggunakan metode diskusi pada siklus I yaitu 61 05 dan meningkat pada siklus II 76 31. Saran bagi guru semoga hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan referensi dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran di kelas. ABSTRACT Taufiqurrohim Luthfi Mujahidin. 2017. This study implemented with the aim to description the use of the discussions group to improve the skills to talk to convey the opinion of students of class V SDN Sidorejo II and the result of an increase in the skills to talk to convey the opinion of students of class V use discussion method in SDN Sidorejo II. This study using the design of the study descriptive kualitatif. The data research in the form of the sentence and statement obtained from the interview documentation and observation. Accumulation data do to use a technique interview observation and documentation. The instruments are used to collect data in the form of the guidelines observations RPP modified of APKG1. The guidelines observations the implementation of learning using a method discussion group modified of APKG 2 and guidelines observations in the form of student activities. The result of research obtained as follows the use of discussions groups to improve the skills to talk to convey the opinion of students of class V SDN Sidorejo II being managed to. The result of an increase in the skills to talk to convey opinion of students of class V using the discussion on cycle I got the percentage value of the average 61 05 and rise in cycle II of 76 31. Suggestion for the teacher may the result of this research can apply as reference in education method of the class.
