ABSTRAK Arif Firdausi Ananda, 2017. Unit produksi Sebagai Edupreneurship, Kerjasama Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri dengan Sekolah, Bimbingan Karir, dan Layanan Bursa Kerja dalam Pengembangan Mindset Entrepreneurship dan Orientasi Karir Siswa SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji signifikansi hubungan langsung antara: (a) unit produksi sebagai edupreneurship dengan kerjasama DUDI di SMK, (b) unit produksi sebagai edupreneurship dengan layanan bursa kerja siswa SMK, (c) unit produksi sebagai edupreneurship dengan mindset entrepreneurship siswa SMK, (d) unit produksi sebagai edupreneurship dengan orientasi karir siswa SMK, (e) bimbingan karir dengan kerjasama DUDI di SMK, (f) bimbingan karir dengan layanan bursa kerja siswa SMK, (g) bimbingan karir dengan pengembangan mindset entrepreneurship siswa SMK, (h) bimbingan karir dengan orientasi karir siswa SMK, (i) kerjasama DUDI di SMK dengan layanan bursa kerja siswa SMK, (j) layanan bursa kerja dengan mindset entrepreneurship siswa SMK, (k) mindset entrepreneurship dengan orientasi karir siswa SMK, dan hubungan tidak langsung antara: (l) unit produksi sebagai edupreneurship dengan layanan bursa kerja melalui kerjasama DUDI di SMK, (m) unit produksi sebagai edupreneurship dengan mindset entrepreneurship melalui layanan bursa kerja siswa SMK, (n) unit produksi sebagai edupreneurship dengan orientasi karir melalui mindset entrepreneurship siswa SMK, (o) bimbingan karir dengan layanan bursa kerja melalui kerjasama DUDI di SMK, (p) bimbingan karir dengan mindset entrepreneurship melalui layanan bursa kerja siswa SMK, (q) bimbingan karir dengan orientasi karir melalui pengembangan mindset entrepreneurship siswa SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan tujuannya penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian explanatory. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data digunakan model persamaan struktural yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Model). Model jawaban dari angket menggunakan skala Liekert. Populasinya SMKN se Jawa Timur, bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa yang terdapat program keahlian Teknik Mesin berjumlah 51 sekolah yang tersebar di 38 kabupaten/kota, yang mempunyai jumlah siswa 989 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive random sampling, berdasarkan kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur, yang diambil 11 SMK. Sesuai perhitungan responden yang diteliti 348 siswa. The research method used is quantitative method. Based on the purpose of this study included in explanatory research. Data collection using questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SEM (Structural Equation Model). Model answer from questionnaire using Liekert scale. The population of SMKN in East Java, the field of Technology and Engineering Expertise that there are 51 mechanical engineering proficiency programs spread in 38 districts/cities, which has 989 students. The sampling technique used is purposive random sampling, based on the districts/ cities in East Java, which was taken 11 SMK. Appropriate calculation of respondents studied 348 students. The findings of the study were (a) there was significant direct relationship between production unit as edupreneurship and business venture and the industry partnership towards vocational schools, (b) there was no relationship between production unit as edupreneurship with job market service for vocational school students, (c) there was direct relationship between production unit as edupreneurship with entrepreneurship mindset of vocational school students, (d) there was no direct relationship between production unit as edupreneurship with career orientation of vocational school students, (e) there was direct relationship between career counseling, business venture with the industry partnership and vocational school, (f) there was direct relationship between career counseling with job market service for vocational school students, (g) there was direct relationship between career counseling with entrepreneurship mindset development, (h) there was direct relationship between career counseling with career orientation of vocational school students, (i) there was no relationship between business venture and the industry partnership, school with job market service for vocational school students, (j) there was direct relationship between job market service with entrepreneurship mindset of vocational school students, (k) there was direct relationship between entrepreneurship mindset with career orientation of vocational school students, (l) there was indirect correlation between production unit as edupreneurship with job market service through partnership between business venture and the industry and vocational school, (m) there was indirect relationship between production unit as edupreneurship with entrepreneurship mindset through job market service for vocational school students, (n) there was indirect relationship between production unit as edupreneurship and career orientation through entrepreneurship mindset of vocational school students, (o) there was indirect relationship between career counseling with job market service through partnership between business venture and the industry and vocational schools, (p) there was indirect relationship between career counseling with entrepreneurship mindset through job market service for vocational school students, (q) there was indirect relationship between career counseling with career orientation through entrepreneurship mindset development for vocational school students.
