Abstract

Key-words economic values internalizing the values of economic religious hospitals focus group discussion the performance. Hospitals are required to balance the achievement of economic objectives in order to survive and thrive and the achievement of social goals in helping the people can not afford the health care either. Therefore each health care workers involved in the operation of the hospital should have both the economic values of the rational and moral as reflected in the attitudes and behaviors in providing care for patients. This study aims to find the economic values of employees and management and find patterns that occur in the internalization process of economic values in reach hospital performance. This is a qualitative research approach. This study uses several key informants. To build a richer profile data in-depth interview techniques used for management and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for employees also an outside observation. The findings of this study of economic values that exist in the employees and management are Provide services Increase knowledge and skills Achieving goals Able to develop themselves Establishing a good relationship Frugality Communicate the good and true Does not distinguish Helping patients not able to Maintain and strengthen the faith of patients Discipline Empathize Accurate and thorough work fast Take the initiative and Ikhlas. Another finding was Practices Attitudes and Behavior of Employees Working with a professional work-based Emotional and Working with Ikhlas. Following findings are in the process of internalization Role of Management Managing SDI / HR Managing Finance Managing Marketing Managing Hospital Operations and Lead. From the findings of the study was eventually found Internalization Patterns of Economic Values in RSUAP. The findings of this study can be used to make the planning of Human Resources Management from job analysis recruitment orientation and placement training and development and career planning. These findings can also be used to improve the performance of RS after or during the internalization process of economic values. Originality / value of this study was to donate the internalization pattern of economic values that are designed for faith-based hospitals. The practical implications of the study is that the internalization of economic values only pay attention to the internal resources alone will not be able to deliver the hospital in achieving a positive performance but must internalizing to all employees with management intervention especially when carrying out the functions of leadership.
