Kata-kata kunci motivasi spiritual budaya organisasi etos kerja kinerja professional perilaku konsumsi sekolah menengah tingkat atas model persamaan structural proposisi Studi tentang motivasi dan budaya organisasi dengan pendekatan ilmu perilaku organisasi kontemporer dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja organisasi maupun perilaku ekonomi individu sudah sering dilakukan. Namun studi semacam ini dengan memasukkan aspek spiritual khususnya nilai-nilai ke-Islam-an masih sangat sedikit dilakukan. Padahal secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif dari hasil penelitian yang masih terbatas menunjukkan bahwa prestasi kerja sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh soft skill (80%) dan nilai-nilai keagamaan merupakan sumber utama pembentuk perilaku termasuk perilaku konsumsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengungkap pengaruh motivasi spiritual persepsi dan sikap atas budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku konsumsi yang dimediasi oleh etos kerja dan kinerja professional. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi metode kuantitatif-kualitatif dengan model Qualitative methods to explain quantitative finding. Subyek penelitian adalah guru-gugu Ekonomi/Akuntansi SMTA di wilayah Malang Raya dengan populasi penelitian mencapai 429 individu (2007). Dengan teknik porpusive proportional random sampling diperoleh sampel sebesar 126 individu. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner wawancara dan pengamatan. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan SEM dengan dukungan piranti lunak AMOS data kualitatif dengan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) secara langsung (a) motivasi spiritual berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi etos kerja kinerja profesional dan perilaku konsumsi (b) persepsi dan sikap atas budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja (c) etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja profesional (d) kinerja profersional berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi (2) secara tidak langsung (a) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja profesional melalui etos kerja (b) etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi melalui kinerja profesional (c) secara tidak langsung budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi (3) budaya organisasi memiliki peranan penting dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai pembentuk persepsi guru atas profesi pekerjaan yang berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja kinerja profesional dan perilaku konsumsi (4) belum ada perbedaan kinerja yang berarti antara sebelum dan sesudah sertifikasi. Temuan penelitian berimplikasi teoretis pada bidang ekonomi manajemen pendidikan ekonomi dan perilaku organisasi. Disarankan bahwa sebaiknya organisasi persekolahan mengembangkan budaya sekolah berbasis spiritual memasukkan ekonomi syariah sebagai salah satu materi pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi/Akuntansi guru mengembangkan model pembelajaran aktif inovatif kreatif efektif menyenangkan berbasis spiritual. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hingga kini belum ada perbedaan berarti kenerja profesional guru antara sebelum dan sesudah tersertifikasi untuk itu disarankan agar program sertifikasi profesi guru perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan evaluasi dan perbaikan kinerja profesi guru. However this kind of study that includes spirituality aspects (especially Islamic values) is rarely conducted in Indonesia. In fact in quality and quantity terms finding study stated that working success be influenced of soft skill (80%) and religious values as main sources which create life behavior including economics behavior. This study was aimed at exploring the effects of spiritual motivation perception and attitude of organizational culture on consumption behavior mediated by working ethic and professional performance. Mixed methods as research design the qualitative methods to explain quantitative finding model. Subjects of research were secondary schools economic and accounting teachers at Malang Raya in East Java. The population size contains 429 individuals (2007) and the sample size were 126 respondents drawn using porpusive proportional random sampling. Data were gathered by questionnaires indept interview and direct observation. Quantitative data analysis using SEM and was supported by software of AMOS while qualitative data analysis using content analysis. Research findings revealed that (1) spiritual motivation affects perception and attitude of organizational culture working ethic professional performance and consumption behavior directly (2) perception and attitude of organizational culture affects working ethic directly (3) working ethic affects professional performance directly (4) professional performance affects consumption behavior directly (5) perception and attitude of organizational culture affects professional performance indirectly (6) working ethic affects consumption behavior indirectly (7) perception and attitude of organizational culture affects consumption behavior indirectly (8) organizational culture plays important role values internalization proccess that set up teachers persception toward teachers profession professional performance and consumption behavior. The research findings implicate in economics marketing management economics education and organizational behavior theory. Based on findings it is recommended that school organization should develop organizational culture-spiritual base teach economics of syaria teachers develop teaching spiritual-based method teachers professional sertification program should be followed by evaluation and improvement of teacher professional performance.
