ABSTRAK Munawaroh 2009 Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Cara Belajar Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Sikap Kewirausahaan Pada Siswa SMK N 1 Jombang. Kata Kunci Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Cara belajar Motivasi belajar Sikap kewirausahaan. Pada Pendidikan formal utamanya di tingkat menengah kejuruan Pendidikan kewirausahaan lebih menekankan pada pengembangan aspek kognitif dan kurang memperhatikan pengembangan aspek ketrampilan dan sikap akibatnya konsep-konsep yang ada dalam mata pelajaran kewirausahaan hanya dipahami sebagai pengetahuan yang harus diperhatikan dan untuk dipraktekkan maupun diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Seharusnya pendidikan kewirausahaan mampu menjadikan siswa terampil menerapkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dan mengembangkan sikap berwirausaha yang produktif dan efisien. Kontribusi pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam pembentukan sumber daya manusia yang demikian diperlukan bagi pembangunan ekonomi dan pembangunan di bidang lain secara lebih luas. Agar pendidikan kewirausahaan disekolah Menengah Kejuruan mampu menjadikan siswa memiliki sikap kewirausahaan yang produktif dan efisien diperlukan proses pembelajaran dengan strategi yang tepat untuk memberikan kesempatan yang luas kepada siswa dalam mengkonstruk pemaknaan atas konsep-konsep kewirausahaan yang mereka pelajari dikaitkan dengan pengalaman belajar yang mereka dapatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Strategi pembelajaran yang demikian membutuhkan pendekatan konstektual. Dalam penerapannya dirasakan efisien bila fenomena nyata yang ada dalam hidup keseharian siswa dapat dihadirkan di kelas melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe STAD. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis (1) menjelaskan pengaruh Model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (2) menjelaskan pengaruh cara belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (3) menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (4) menjelaskan pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dengan cara belajar (5) menjelaskan pengaruh cara belajar dengan motivasi belajar (6) menjelaskan pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan motivasi belajar (7) menjelaskan ada tidaknya pengaruh antara model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD cara belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian Eksperimen yang dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas III SMK negeri 1 Jombang yang berjumlah 362 siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak kelas III AP 1 berjumlah 38 siswa Kelas III AK 3 berjumlah 39 siswa dan kelas III PJ 1 berjumlah 35 siswa dan dipilih secara acak. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan di analisis dengan Anova Regresi dan Regresi Linier berganda sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi statistik SPSS for windows versi 13. Hasil penelitian membuktikan (1) Ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (2) Ada pengaruh cara belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (3) Tidak ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (4) Tidak ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap cara belajar. (5) Ada pengaruh cara belajar terhadap motivasi belajar. (6) Tidak ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe STAD terhadap motivasi belajar. (7) Secara simultan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD cara belajar motivasi belajar terhadap sikap kewirausahaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan sikap kewirausahaan khususnya di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Demikian pula dengan cara belajar yang efisien juga berpengaruh posistif secara signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan dan sebaliknya (tidak ada pengaruh motivasi belajar baik itu tinggi sedang rendah terhadap sikap kewirausahaan. Dan penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dalam proses pembelajaran tidak terpancang pada cara belajar siswa khususnya bagi siswa SMK Negeri 1 Jombang serta dalam meningkatkan efisien belajar siswa perlu memperhatikan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa. Meskipun demikian dalam proses pembelajaran seorang guru dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD tanpa perlu memperhatikan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa khususnya bagi siswa SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Di samping itu dalam proses pembelajaran seorang guru dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD perlu juga memperhatikan efisiensi belajar siswa maupun tingkat motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini dapat di sarankan beberapa hal sebagai berikut (1) Sekolah dalam hal ini sekolah Menengah Kejuruan sebaiknya dapat meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan berbagai model pembelajaran agar proses belajar mengajar dapat tercapai secara maksimal dan siswa bisa aktif kreatif dan inovatif. (2) Diperlukan pemetaan atas tingkat motivasi dan efisiensi cara belajar siswa sebagai landasan dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah Menengah kejuruan. Consequently entrepreneurship concepts are understood as knowledge which should be mastered and implemented in daily life. While in practice entrepreneurship should bring the students to have skills in applying entrepreneurship spirit to produce effective and efficient entrepreneurship behavior. The contribution of entrepreneurship education in building good human resources is needed for the development of the economic area and of other areas as well. To make sure that entrepreneurship education can produce effective and efficient entrepreneurship behavior and skills a strategic teaching learning process is needed to give students an opportunity to construct an understanding or interpretation of studying entrepreneurship concept that is related to the daily life experience. To achieve this goal a strategic learning approach which appropriate is contextual approach. That is why the implementation will be more efficient if the teacher can provide real life issues of what the students have in daily life to the class. This approach is known as cooperative learning of STAD type. This research is intended to 1) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards the students entrepreneurship behavior 2) clarify the influence of learning ways towards the students entrepreneurship behavior 3) clarify the influence of learning motivation towards the students entrepreneurship behavior 4) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards learning ways 5) clarify the influence of learning ways towards learning motivation 6) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards learning motivation 7) clarify the influence of cooperative learning of STAD type learning ways and learning motivation towards the entrepreneurship behavior of the students of SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. The research is designed to be a quasi experiment where 362 students of SMK Negeri 1 Jombang as the population. Among these 38 students of III AP1 39 students of III AK 3 and 35 students of III PJ 1 are taken as the samples that are randomly assigned. Then the data gathered are analyzed using ANOVA Regression and multiple Linear Regression. To calculate the data the researcher used statistical application of SPSS For windows 13 version. The result of computation proves that 1) there is a significant influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards the students entrepreneurship behavior 2) there is also a significant influence of learning ways towards entrepreneurship behavior 3) there is no influence of learning motivation towards entrepreneurship behavior 4) there is no influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards learning ways 5) there is a significant influence of learning ways towards learning motivation 6) there is no influence of cooperative learning of STAD type towards learning motivation 7) there is simultaneously significant influence of cooperative learning of STAD type learning ways and learning motivation towards entrepreneurship behavior. Based on the above data it can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning of STAD type has positive influence towards the increase of the entrepreneurship behavior of the students of SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. In other aspect efficient learning ways also influence the increases of entrepreneurship positively. On the other hand there is no influence of learning motivation either high moderate or low towards entrepreneurship behavior. The use of cooperative learning of STAD type is not dependent on the learning ways of the students of SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. While to increase the efficiency of learning ways it needs intention of the students learning motivation level. Even though in learning process a teacher can use cooperative learning of STAD type without paying attention to the students learning motivation level especially in SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Beside that in the process of learning a teacher who uses cooperative learning of STAD type should pay attention to the efficiency of the students learning and learning motivation level as well. Based on this research it is advised that 1) the school especially vocational schools should be able to vary the use of learning models so that the students will be active creative and innovative and the teaching learning objective can be achieved maximally 2) the school should do mapping the students level of learning motivation and efficiency as the basis of developing entrepreneurship education in vocational schools.
