Elucidating Teaching of Agribusiness-Based Entrepreneurship Work Enthusiasm and Community Autonomy of Pondok Pesantren (A Case Study on Pondok Pesantren Sirojuth Tholibin ). Dissertation of the Program of Study of Economics Education. Post Post Graduate Program of the State University of Malang. Advisors (I) Prof.Dr.H. Bambang Swasto ME. (II) Prof. Dr. Wahjoedi ME. and (III) Dr.Sa dun Akbar M.Pd. Key Word entrepreneurship teaching agribusiness work enthusiasm and community autonomy of Pondok Pesantren. Each person wants autonomy in his/her life it mean that he/she is able to meet all of his/her needs and is able to solve his/her problem without any help from others. To attain that autonomy the work enthusiasm is needed and to attain work enthusiasm entrepreneurship teaching is needed specially agribusiness-based entrepreneurship. The purpose of this research is to find the elucidating teaching of agribusiness-based entrepreneurship work enthusiasm and community autonomy of pondok pesantren (Islamic traditional education system) Sirojuth Tholibin Bacem Sutojayan Blitar as a Pondok Pesantren (Islamic traditional education system) it on agriculture-based. By qualitative research approach it attention is focused on analysis of research object and interpretation of elucidation from data in the field it resulting general findings that Sirojuth Tholibin relatively has been succeeded on teaching of agribusiness-based entrepreneurship to enhance work enthusiasm and community s autonomy of pondok pesantren . Specifically on teaching of agribusiness-based entrepreneurship are found teaching vision the grounded values approach methods learning resources and lesson materials in Pondok Pesantren Sirojuth Tholibin based on spiritual values and economical values approach used is worship approach learning resources contains of something exists in surrounding environment. Teaching methods used in this research are methods of lectures question and answer parallel tutorial and modelling. The success of entrepreneurship teaching spiritual strength of kyai (Islamic spiritual leader) has a great influence. Within the teaching of agribusiness-based entrepreneurship implemented in Pondok Pesantren Sirojuth Tholibin found some weaknesses the curriculum of entrepreneurship teaching is not found in written form unclear teaching materials time of teaching is unscheduled. In teaching of agribusiness-based entrepreneurship besides explaining something concerning agribusiness it self it also explains about compulsory efforts be patient visiting each other be honest be low profile which could enhance the enthusiasm of entrepreneurship and autonomy. It is recommended that (1) general education and education world in general is expected set forth religious values as the basic of education beside the exiting basic of education to guide the children to ward the Indonesian wholly human being (2) whorships approach and human relationship are considered as teaching approaches (3) the religious entrepreneurship teaching in the national educational system need to be developed to develop morally economics (4) this finding can be adopted by educational institution and can be implemented in accordance with the existing situation (5) to develop these research findings there need to be other follow up research.
