Kata Kunci Project Based Learning Outdoor Study Berpikir Kreatif Karya Ilmiah Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning melibatkan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah yang ditemukan sampai pada pemecahan masalah tersebut. Keunggulan model pembelajaran Project based learning berbasis outdoor study salah satunya peserta didik menjadi aktif dalam pemecahan-pemecahan masalah yang lebih kompleks. Pada mata pelajaran geografi model pembelajaran ini terbukti berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Namun pengaruh tersebut masih terbatas pada pengetahuan geografi sementara pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah geografi belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning berbasis Outdoor study terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah geografi. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experiment (eksperimen semu). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 4 Malang dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 70 siswa yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes esai berpikir kreatif karya ilmiah siswa dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji-t dari kedua masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis uji-t dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa gain score kemampuan berpikir kreatif diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0 001 sedangkan kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah geografi nilai signifikansi sebesar 0 021. Kesimpulannya yaitu (1) model project based learning berbasis outdoor study berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir dan kemampuan menyusun karya ilmiah geografi. Guru disarankan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran model Project Based Learning lebih fokus pada langkah merencanakan proyek dan memproses aktivitas-aktivitas karena pada langkah-langkah tersebut merupakan penyumbang terbesar dalam kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Pembelajaran dengan model ini perlunya persiapan yang benar-benar matang karena ada kelemahan yang harus diperhatikan yakni alokasi waktu yang diperlukan dalam perencanaan proyek cukup lama. Advantages of learning model Based on outdoor project-based learning one of the learners to be active in more complex problem-solving problems. In geography subjects this learning model proved to have an effect on student learning outcomes. But the influence is still limited to geography knowledge while its influence on creative thinking ability and the ability to compose scientific work of geography is unknown. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Project Based Learning (PjBL) model based on Outdoor Study on the ability of creative thinking and ability to compose scientific work of geography. The design of this study using Quasi Experiment (quasi experiment). This research was conducted in SMAN 4 Malang with the subject of research as many as 70 students divided into 2 classes. Data collection techniques use creative thinking essay tests student scientific papers documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is t-Test of both of each variable. The results of this study using t-test analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The result of hypothesis test proved that the gain score of creative thinking ability gained significance value equal to 0.001 while the ability to compose scientific work of geography value of significance equal to 0 021. The conclusion is (1) project based learning model based on outdoor study has a significant effect on the ability of thinking and ability to compose scientific work of geography. Teachers are advised in implementing Project Based Learning (PjBL) model lessons focusing on project planning and processing activities as these are the biggest contributors to creative thinking skills. Learning with this model needs a really thorough preparation because there are drawbacks that must be paid attention to the allocation of time required in project planning long enough.
