Kata kunci uji kompetensi keahlian prakerin aspirasi karir motivasi kerja kesiapan kerja. Kesiapan kerja siswa merupakan usaha mempersiapkan siswa untuk siap kerja. Hal ini dipengaruhi dua faktor yaitu faktor eksternal lingkungan kerja selama Prakerin dan faktor internal meliputi kemampuan akadamik (kompetensi siswa) aspirasi karir dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh hasil UKK pengalaman Prakerin aspirasi karir dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja (2) pengaruh antara hasil UKK dan kesiapan kerja (3) pengaruh antara pengalaman Prakerin dan kesiapan kerja (4) pengaruh antara aspirasi karir dan kesiapan kerja dan (5) pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dan kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan di Kota Malang. Rancangan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah siswa SMK Negeri Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di Kota Malang sebanyak 195 siswa dari 381 populasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensia dengan pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan uji statistik parametris. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for Windows versi 20 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi ganda dengan sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas uji linieritas uji multikolinieritas uji autokorelasi dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh hasil UKK pengalaman Prakerin aspirasi karir dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja (2) ada pengaruh antara hasil UKK dan kesiapan kerja (3) ada pengaruh antara pengalaman Prakerin dan kesiapan kerja (4) ada pengaruh antara aspirasi karir dan kesiapan kerja dan (5) ada pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dan kesiapan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan kepala sekolah membuat langkah-langkah strategis dalam pemberian wawasan tentang pentingnya aspirasi karir dan motivasi kerja kepada siswa dengan menyelenggarakan bimbingan konseling secara intensif dan bimbingan dari industri sebagai praktisi dalam bidang pekerjaan tertentu secara isidentil. Key Words skill competency test industrial internship career aspiration working motivation working readiness. Working readiness is an effort to make students ready to work. To do so there are two influential factors namely external factor of work environment during the internship and internal factor comprising academic ability (students competency) career aspiration and working motivation. This study aims at knowing (1) the influence of skill competency results industrial internship career aspirations and work motivation simultaneously towards students readiness to work (2) the influence of the outcomes of the skill competency results and the readiness of work (3) the influence between the industrial internship experience and job readiness (4) the influence of career aspiration and job readiness and (5) the influence between work motivation and readiness of State Vocational High School (SMKN) competence (light vehicle engineering) skill in Malang City. The design used in this study is quantitative research by using correlational survey method. The samples taken were 195 out of 381 population of State Vocational High School (SMKN) students majoring in Light Vehicle Engineering in Malang city. The technique of collecting data used was questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferencing statistics by testing the hypothesis using statistical parametric test. Hypothesis test was done by using SPSS for Windows version 20 with 5% significance level. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with previously tested precondition analysis that is normality test linearity test multicollinearity test autocorrelation test and heteroskedastisitas test. Research result shows that (1) there is an influence between skill competency results experience of the industrial internship career aspiration and working motivation simultaneously towards students readiness to work (2) there is an influence between skill competency results towards students readiness to work which (3) there is an influence between experience of the industrial internship towards students readiness to work (4) there is a positive influence between students career aspiration towards students readiness to work and (5) there is a positive influence between students working motivation towards students readiness to work. Based on the research result it is expected that the principal will have to take strategical steps to give the students some horizon of how important career aspiration and working motivation are by carrying out guidance and councelling intensively and by guidance from industries as practioners in a certain field of working incidentally. With increased competence the industrial internship career aspirations and work motivation will affect the readiness of work after students graduate from SMK.
