Salah satu permasalahan utama dalam dunia pendidikan adalah pro-fesionalisme guru yaitu membentuk guru yang memiliki kompetensi standar yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hubungan iklim orga-nisasi sekolah kecerdasan emosional guru dan pengetahuan teknologi informasi dengan profesionalisme guru produktif SMK Negeri Kelompok Teknologi dan Industri se Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasi dimana variabel inde-penden dikorelasikan dengan variabel dependen. Data Populasi penelitian adalah guru produktif dari 10 SMK Negeri Kelompok Teknologi dan Industri se Kabupaten Indramayu. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kue-sioner dengan skala Likert sedangkan teknik analisis mengunakan teknik ana-lisis regresi linear ganda dan analisis product moment Pearson yang dihitung menggunakan SPSS for Windows Release 10. Hasil analisis penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi sekolah kecerdasan emosional guru dan pe-ngetahuan teknologi infomasi dengan profesionalisme guru produktif SMK Negeri Kelompok Teknologi dan Industri se kabupaten Indramayu yang ditun-jukkan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi secara berurutan X1 dan Y (0 401) X2 dan Y (0 577) X3 dan Y (0 770) dengan probabilitas (Sign.) lebih kecil dari 0 05 Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi sekolah kecerdasan emosional guru dan pengetahuan teknologi informasi dengan profesionalisme guru produktif SMK Kelompok Teknologi dan Industri se Kabupaten Indramayu baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama. Saran yang disampaikan adalah perlunya keterlibatan semua pihak dalam membangun iklim organisasi sekolah kecerdasan emosional guru dan pengetahuan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan nilai profesionalisme guru. The results of the research analysis proves that there is significant relation between school organization climate teacher emotional intelligence and information technology knowledge with professionalism of productive teachers of state Vocational High School of Technology and Industry in Indramayu that is shown by arrange correlation coeffecient value X1 and Y (0 401) X2 and Y (0 577) X3 and Y (0 770) with probability (sign) smaller from 0 05. The conclusion is gained that there is significant correlation between school organization climate emotional intelligence of teachers and information technology knowledge with professionalism of productive teachers state Vocational High School of Technology and Industry in Indramayu it is self or together way. The suggestions recommended that needed all sectors involve-ment in improving school organization climate teacher emotional intelligent and information technology knowledge to improve teachers professionalism value.
