The target of this research to explore 65288 1) student ict literacy (2) student motivation of computer skill and informartion management (3) student competencies of computer skill and informartion management (4) relation between student ict literacy to student competencies of computer skill and informartion management (5) relation between student motivation to student competencies of computer skill and informartion management (6) relation between student ict literacy and student motivation to student competencies of computer skill and informartion management. The object of this research is students of vocational high school mechanical engenering departement in Mojokerto. Research design is correlational research. Data analysed with descriptif analysis product moment and regresion. The result of this research are (1) student ict literacy in vocational high school is enough (53 9 %) student motivation is high (85 39 %) student competencies of computer skill and informartion management is high (83 11 %) (2) based on the correlation analysis show the positive correlation and significant about relation between student ict literacy to student competencies of computer skill and informartion management (r 0 472) relation between student motivation to student competencies of computer skill and informartion management (r 0 614) relation between student ict literacy and student motivation to student competencies of computer skill and informartion management ( coeficient of regresion 0 761). The suggestion from this research are (1) ict literacy is veri importance for education (2) used ict for education can increas the student ict literacy and (3) local goverment must support ict development for education have developed the education departemen of Indonesia.
