To result the students in SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program who have high competence and working readiness in their field there are somethings which can be done by SMK. One of the way is the increasing of industrial working practice result and students learning motivation in industrial working practice. They are the important things that will be examined deeply by the researchers to know its correlation with students competent achievement. To express the result of industrial workimg practice and learning motivation and to know its correlation between students competent achievement there are three research problems as follow (1) Is there any correlation between the result of industrial working practice and the achievement of students competence in SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program (2) Is there any correlation between learning motivation and the achievement of students competence in SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program and (3) Is there any correlation together between the result of industrial working practice and learning motivation with achievement of students competence in SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program To answer the problems above thus reesearch is designed by using correlational one and it s done in SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program. There are 8 schools with 246 students that are became research sampling. the technique of taking sample that is used is proportional random sampling. To collect the data qustionnaire and document are used. Based on the research result it can be explained that (1) There is significant positive correlation between the outcome of industrial working practice with the achievement of students competence in SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program with coefficient correlation (rxly) 0 651 (2) There is significant positive correlation between learning motivation and students competence achievement SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program with coefficient correlation (rx2y) 0 549 and (3) There is significant positive correlation equally between the result of industrial working practice and learning motivation with the achievement of students competence in SMK technique of automotive mechanics skill program with coefficient correlation (R) 0 823. According to the result of this research so there are some suggestions that can be delivered i.e (1) For the students they should increase learning motivation in order to be able to face and solve the difficulty the will to be the best student autonomy in working and happiness to look for and solve the items by doing industrial working practice well based on the aim and certainty in curriculum of the school (2) For the teachers they should increase the quality of teaching learning process/PBM take for example (a) mastery the subject which will be taught. (b)understanding the characteristic of the students. (c) mastery in teaching that is educated (3) For school it needs to enlarge the completenees of means and infrastructure in learning administrative service and the pleasure of school s environtment and include industrial and business worlds (DU/DI) in planning the program of industrial working practice from the designing not only material but also technique untill the evaluation and students graduation (4) For industrial and business worlds (DU/DI) they need to follow and responsible from th eplanning of the program doing step evaluation and graduation of the students and the effort to promote their alumna (5) For the educational development it is better to continue this research related to (a) the increasing of competent achievement that is caused by talented factor learning style completeness of means and infrastructure supporting of parents and industry and (b) the increasing of industrial working practice result and students learning motivation that is caused by supplying of practical means the quality of teaching learning process supporting of school nad including industrial and business worlds DU/DI in designing the subject of industrial working practice program.
