Abstract

The successful of education and training determined by some factor influencing competency of MR-T such as student s perception Prior knowledge learning motivation. This research is descriptive correlation that having character is expos facto. To know effective contribution and correlation of variables with competency of MR-IT used correlation analysis of parcial and path analysis to test hypothesis which have been formulated with level of significant 5 % ( 0 05). This Research population consist of 48 students of D1 MR-IT coming from SMK in Sidoarjo regency State and private school.. While this research sampel are all of population of student of D1 MR-IT in Sidoarjo regency. Based of the correlation analysis of parcial and path analysis shown that (1) Direct correlation between student s perception with learning motivation positively significant with correlation coefficient 0 49 and effective contribution equal to 16 3% (2). Direct correlation between student s perception with competency of MR-IT positive significant with correlation coefficient 0 44 and effective contribution equal to 8 2% (3) Direct correlation between Prior knowledge with learning motivation positively significant with correlation coefficient 0 57 and effective contribution equal to 25% ( 4) Direct correlation between Prior knowledge with competency of MR-IT positive significant with correlation coefficient 0 46 and effective contribution equal to 10 4 % (5) Direct correlation between learning motivation with Competency of MR-IT positive significant with correlation coefficient 0 52 and effective contribution equal to 18 5% ( 6) Indirect correlation between student s perception with competency of MR-IT through learning motivation positively significant with correlation coefficient 0 174 effective contribution equal to 4% ( 7) Indirect correlation between prior knowledge with competency of MR-IT through learning motivation positively significant with correlation coefficient 0 215 effective contribution equal to 5%. Based of research result raised the following suggestions 1). Taking care of management of program of diklat in a condition stabilize and walk as according to planning and program 2) Existence of serious in giving better service to student in course of learning to teach in MR-IT diklat in Sidoarjo regency 3) Better Process Selection in test enter education and training of MR-IT by rearranging system of test new student 4) Need the higher of Prior Knowlwage because Prior Knowlwage as indicated level of score of competency 5) Gradually Grow up of learning motivation by giving training motivation to student or by giving activity of study of comparation to better institute. 6). Continuously take care of learning motivation in high position so All Student of MR-IT can reach good competency 7) Paying attention to fluctuate motivation by giving support in training motivation activity.
