ABSTRAK Agnesa, Oki Sandra. 2017. Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Matakuliah Anatomi Fisiologi Manusia Berdasarkan Penelitian Aktivitas Imunostimulan Ekstrak Bawang Putih Tunggal (Allium sativum). Tesis. Permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran yang ditemukan melalui observasi dan analisis kebutuhan pada mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Jember salah satunya terkait ketersediaan sumber belajar kontekstual. Solusi permasalahan tersebut dengan memanfaatkan hasil penelitian untuk dikembangkan menjadi bahan ajar dengan contoh kontekstual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk bahan ajar sistem imun untuk matakuliah Anatomi Fisiologi Manusia berdasarkan penelitian aktivitas imunostimulan ekstrak bawang putih tunggal dalam bentuk website, menguji validitas dan kepraktisannya, serta mengetahui aktivitas imunostimulan ekstrak bawang putih tunggal ditinjau dari aktivitas dan kapasitas fagositosis makrofag serta berat limpa mencit. Penggunaan desain penelitian dan pengembangan merujuk pada model pengembangan 4D oleh Thiagarajan, et al. (1974). Tahapan penelitian meliputi define, design, dan develop, tanpa disseminate. Tahap define dilakukan dengan analisis hulu-hilir, karakteristik mahasiswa, tugas, konsep, dan spesifikasi tujuan pembelajaran. Tahap design dilakukan dengan pemilihan isi acuan patokan, media, format, dan perancangan awal (mendesain prototype website dengan mengkaji berbagai pustaka dan merancang penelitian aktivitas imunostimulan ekstrak bawang putih tunggal). Tahap develop meliputi validasi ahli dan uji coba produk. Data penelitian berupa hasil validasi oleh ahli materi serta ahli media dan desain pembelajaran juga hasil uji coba kepada dosen dan mahasiswa. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode perhitungan persentase untuk instrumen angket. Bahan ajar website E-Resource Immunology dinyatakan sangat valid dengan persentase penilaian 91,67% (validator ahli materi), 94,4% (perangkat pembelajaran), dan 99,54% (ahli media dan desain pembelajaran). Uji coba bahan ajar menghasilkan persentase penilaian 83,33% atau sangat praktis (uji perorangan), 78,65% atau praktis (uji kelompok), dan 84,96% atau sangat praktis (uji lapangan). Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dengan revisi sesuai saran namun masih perlu diujicobakan untuk mengetahui keefektifannya. ABSTRACT Agnesa, Oki Sandra. 2017. Problems in the learning process found through the observation and needs analysis on the students of Biology Education University of Jember one of them related to the availability of contextual learning resources. The solution is by utilizing the results of research to be developed into teaching materials with a contextual example. The purpose of this research is to produce teaching material for immunity of Anatomy and Human Physiology course based on immunostimulant activity of single garlic extract in website form, to test its validity and its practicality, and to know the immunostimulant activity of single garlic extract in terms of activity and capacity of phagocytosis macrophage and spleen weight of mice. The study used a research and development design referring to the 4D development model by Thiagarajan, et al (1974). Research stages include define, design, and develop, without disseminate. The define stage is performed by analysis of front-end, student characteristics, tasks, concepts, and specifications of learning objectives. The design stage is performed by Constructing Criterion-referenced, media selection, format selection, and initiation design (designing website prototype by reviewing various library and designing immunostimulant activity of single garlic extract research). The develop stage includes expert validation and product testing. Research data include validation results from material experts as well as media and instructional designs experts, also test results to lecturers and students. Analysis of research data using percentage calculation method for questionnaire instrument. The teaching materials of the E-Resource Immunology website are very valid with the percentage of 91.67% (material expert validator), 94.4% (learning tool expert), and 99.54% (media and instructional design expert). The teaching experiments resulted in 83.33% or very practical (individual test), 78.65% or practical (group test), and 84.96% or very practical (field test). The developed teaching material is feasible to be used with revisions according to suggestions but still needs to be tested to determine their effectiveness.
