ABSTRAK Hasanah Ummul. 2017. Pengembangan Atlas Morfologi Tumbuhan Ficus Berbasis Potensi Lokal Taman Nasional Bantimurung Bulusaraung sebagai Bahan Ajar Botani di Perguruan Tinggi. Tesis. Jurusan Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing (I) Dr. Murni Sapta Sari M. Si. (II) Dr. Dahlia M.S. ABSTRACT Hasanah Ummul. 2017. Developing Atlas of Ficus Plant Morphology Based on Local Potency of Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park as Botany Learning Material in The College. Thesis. Posgraduate Biology Education State University of Malang. Advisors (I) Dr. Murni Sapta Sari M. Si. (II) Dr. Dahlia M.S. Keyword Learning Material Atlas Plant Morphology Ficus Plant Local Potency Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park The difficulty of learning of Plant Morphology in the Department of Biology State University of Makassar associated with learning material based on local potency. Observation revealed that 75% learners expressed difficulties in the learning because some samples of plants are less or not recognized and 60% of learners expressed the need for a contextual approach in learning material. The result of the observation also showed that 95% of the learners wanted the plant morphology material containing photographs and illustrations with descriptions. Learning material developed based on the observations is local potency based-atlas in the area of South Sulawesi is Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park with a high biodiversity. There are about 709 species of plants and among them there are 43 species of Ficus plants that are key species in the area. This research aims to develop atlas of plant morphology based on local potency of Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park as botany learning material in the college. This research and development uses a developmental model that adapts the phase of the ADDIE model. The research data in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data were obtained from the subject matter experts developmental learning material experts educational practitioners and the learners. The Qualitative data in the form of comments and suggestions while quantitative data in the form of range scale 1-5 (rating scale). The data obtained were then analyzed using the percentage formula of the validity. The product validation result with a value of 97.6% indicates that the plant morphology atlas from the subject matter aspect is in the valid criteria. In the aspect of development of learning material obtained a value of 99.6% which the criterion is very valid. Based on the validation result from education practitioner showed that 76.7% and included in the criterion of quite valid. From the results of trials in small groups learners obtained value of 84% which the validity is very good. The conclusion is the atlas is valid as learning material. The identification with LIPI found 18 species of Ficus plant in the forest edge of Pattunuang-Karaenta resort of Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park.
