Pendekatan Humanistik dalam Proses Pembelajaran Program Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C (Studi Kasus Pada PKBM Setia Mandiri Kecamatan Poncokusumo.Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Malang Pembimbing (1) Dr.Endang Sri Redjeki M.S (2) Dr. Zulkarnain M.Pd.M.Si Kata Kunci Humanistik Kesetaraan PKBM Pendekatan humanistik dipandang sangat perlu diterapkan dalam program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C pada PKBM Setia Mandiri dengan maksud agar warga belajar dapat lebih senang bersemangat bebas dan tidak adanya unsur paksaan dalam memperoleh pembelajaran dari para tutornya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis peneltian studi kasus yang meneliti secara mendalam tentang pendekatan Humanis dalam Proses Pembelajaran Paket C di PKBM Setia Mandiri kecamatan Poncokusumo Menentukan sumber data dengan purposive yaitu peneliti menentukan sendiri informan-informan yang dijadikan sebagai sumber data. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini akan menjawab dua permasalahan yakni 1)Untuk mengetahui bagaimanapendekatan humanistik dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran Paket C di PKBM Setia Mandiri 2) Untuk mengetahui out put pendekatan humanistik dalam proses pembelajaran Paket C di PKBM Setia Mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PKBM Setia Mandiri Desa Dawuhan Kecamatan Poncokusumo Kabupaten Malang. Subyek penelitian adalah tutor kasi kesetaraan FK PKBM Penilik PLS Kepala Desa Tokoh adat Ketua PKBM dan warga belajar. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggali konsep dan pelaksanaan pendidikan humanis dalam proses pembelajaran P aket C pada PKBM Setia Mandiri. Hasil dari penelitian di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat disimpulkan bahwa pertama pendekatan humanisik dalam pelaksanaan penelitian pada lembaga tersebut meliputi pendekatan humanistik dalam rekrutmen warga belajar pengelola terhadap tutor pengelola terhadap warga belajar tutor terhadap warga belajar. Kedua out put pendekatan humanistik dalam proses pembelajaran paket C bahwa warga belajar diharapkan dapat melanjutkan kejenjang berikutnya yaitu ke perguruan tinggi atau dapat berwira usaha. Sekaligus dapat memiliki karakter sikap yang baik terhadap sesamanya terutama kepada orang yang lebih tua. Saran bagi pelaksana program diharapkan ada peningkatan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik terhadap warga belajar bagi Jurusan pendidikan luar sekolah agar mengkaji dan memahami lebih mendalam mengenai program kegiatan PKBM agar dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan PKBM lebih berkompeten dan profesional dan bagi peneliti lain untuk meningkatkan program pembelajaran pendidikan kesetaraan paket C yang ada di lembaga PKBM. v ii SUMMARY Umar Moh 2018. Keywords Humanistic Equality PKBM Humanistic approach is considered very necessary to be applied in the package equality education program C on PKBM Setia Mandiri with the intention that citizens learn can be more happy passionate free and the absence of the element of coercion in obtaining learning from the tutor. This research uses qualitative approach method with case study research type which examined deeply about Humanist approach in Learning Process Package C in PKBM Setia Mandiri Poncokusumo Subdistrict. Determining the source of data with purposive that is researcher determine self-informant that used as data source. The data collection procedure is done by using observation interview and documentation techniques The purpose of this study will answer two problems namely 1) To find out how the humanistic approach in the implementation of the learning process Package C in PKBM Setia Mandiri 2) To know out put humanistic approach in the process of learning Package C in PKBM Setia Mandiri. This research was conducted at PKBM Setia Mandiri Village Dawuhan Subdistrict Poncokusumo Malang Regency. The subjects of the study were Tutor Section of Equality FK PKBM PLS Inspector Village Head Customary Leader PKBM Chairman and Student of Learning. Qualitative research approach that aims to explore the concept and implementation of humanist education in the learning process of Package C on PKBM Setia Mandiri. The results of the research at the Center for Community Learning Activities concluded that first the humanistic approach in the implementation of research at the institution includes a humanistic approach in the recruitment of studying citizens humanistic approach of managers to tutors humanistic approach of managers to learners humanistic approach of tutors to the learning community. Second the out put humanistic approach in the learning process of packet C that residents learn especially school-age is expected to continue the next level that is to college or can berwira effort. At the same time can have the character a good attitude towards each other especially to older people.Suggestions for program implementers are expected to be improved in providing better services to the learning community for the Department of nonschool education to examine and understand more deeply about the program of PKBM activities in order to improve the management of more competent andprofessional PKBM and for other researchers to improve the program of learning the equivalence of the existing C package education at PKBM institution.
