Pembimbing (1) Dr. Umi Dayati M.Pd (II) Dr. Hardika M.Pd. Kata Kunci Kursus Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kampung Inggris Pare. Kursus merupakan salah satu layanan program pendidikan luar sekolah keberhasilan pengelolaan program kursus di kampung inggris pare memberikan dampak pemberdayaan terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Untuk itulah peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang lembaga kursus di Pare dengan keberdayaan yang diakibatkan oleh keberadaan lembaga-lembaga kursus di Kampung Inggris Pare. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses perkembangan lembaga-lembaga kursus di kampung inggris Pare dan bagaimana proses pemberdayaan yang terjadi akibat keberadaan lembaga-lembaga kursus di kampung inggris Pare. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Penggalian data menggunakan teknik wawancara observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah reduksi data display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pebelitian ini pada aspek pengelolaan lembaga kursus adalah proses terbentuknya kampung inggris pare yang meliputi tokoh pendiri sejarah gambaran lembaga BEC penyebaran lembaga kursus di kampung inggris pare. sedangkan pada aspek pemberdayaan masyarakat meliputi pemberdayaan sosial ekonomi pendidikan. For this reason researchers are interested in conducting research on institute courses in Pare with the empowerment caused by the presence of courses institutions in the English village of Pare. The focus of this research is on how the development of courses institutions in the Pare English village and how the empowerment process that occurs due to the existence of institutions courses in the English village of Pare. This research uses qualitative research approach with case study design. Data were collected using interview technique observation and documentation study. The analysis technique used is data reduction data display and conclusion. The results obtained from this research on the aspects of the management of the course institutions are the process of the establishment of a pare english village that includes founding figures history description of BEC institutions the spread of institute courses in the English village pare. While on the aspect of community empowerment include social empowerment economy education.
