Abstract

Sandi Arif Tri. 2015. Curriculum Management for Training and Education football at Ellementary School Case Study at ASIFA(Aji Santoso International Football Accademy-SDN Mojolangu 2) Malang city. Thesis Educational Management Program Posgraduate Program of Malang State University. Advisor Prof. Dr. H. Ali Imron M.Pd M. Si Co-Advisor Prof. Dr. H.M Huda A.Y M. Pd. Keywords Management curriculum academy footballschool elementary school. Training and of education is a subsystem of a curriculum management system. In the academic institutions of education and training the curriculum has a role as important as the functions of other organizations such as the purpose and function that produces students who are ready to be deployed in the world of work. The function of the academy program is to provide the right skills at the time (the right skills when needed) so that schools and students can achieve their goals. Implementation of curriculum management is a system-oriented curriculum in which the productivity of the curriculum oriented learners curriculum created as can make learners can achieve learning outcomes. This study was conducted to describe (1) the formulation of educational curricula and training football Asifa Malang (2) education and training curriculum Asifa football Malang the implementation of education and training curriculum implementation Asifa football Malang (3) evaluation of management education and training curriculum Asifa football Malang Malang. This study used a qualitative approach to the design of a single case study where researchers seek to understand the meaning of events and interaction people in situations when the research so that researchers can understand the concepts and views about the implementation of curriculum management in education and training academy football Asifa Malang. The date of was collected in three ways namely (1) depth interview (2) participant observation and (3) study the documentation. Selection of informants of this study using snowball sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed descriptively with a groove (1) date reduction (2) the date of presentation (3) conclusion and verification. In order to obtain the date of validity the is done by two criteria namely (1) credibility and (2) dependability. The results showed that first the formulation of the curriculum at the elementary school level Asifa Malang integrate sportsed character values both in the learning activities extracurricular and personal development. In planning the curriculum Asifa (Aji Santoso International Football Academy) elementary school level Malang through several phases including 1) Create a team drafting the curriculum 2) Implementing a program of workshops and refresh the coaching staff 3) prepare the draft curriculum activities 4) approval of the Department of Education and the Academy 5) The implementation of the curriculum. Second implementation of curriculum based thematic learning and partially integrated with the values of discipline sportsman. And exercising implementation of curriculum management of football in Asifa Malang poured in training activities in the field extracurricular and program implementation training material session. Third Implementation Evaluation Asifa curriculum in Malang in measuring the success of the evaluation carried out by grade level curriculum in the form of daily tests midterm repetition and repetition end of the semester. As for evaluating the overall curriculum academy identify problems both of planning pengoganisasian and implementation of curriculum for one year it is done for the improvement of curriculum planning in the next year. Based on the findings of research discussion and conclusions can present some suggestions for interested parties such are 1) the technical director and the principal should be done thoroughly not only conduct revisions are less substantial this is because the needs of students at all times will vary so the challenge is the need for the development of more innovative. 2) for educators and trainers in this case a teacher and coach both subjects and training materials should be more motivated to learn to understand about understanding the character of discipline sportsman for education especially in elementary school it is intended that the process of learning and training programs more focused and right on target. 3) For the Department of Education in Malang there needs to be a more serious impetus to the cultivation of discipline athletes in the elementary school curriculum oriented primarily on education and training. 4) For the Directorate of Elementary Kemendikbud is expected to be taken into consideration to develop education and training curriculum elementary school level based on college football along with policies so that it can be implemented in schools that are likely want to implement the development of the curriculum and training. 5) For other researchers to be used as a point of comparison and reverensi in conducting research related to the implementation of curriculum management in general and in particular education and training curriculum football academy.
