This research abaut Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar leadership has an objective to gain its holistic disription in implemanting life skill program. There are some leadership approaches those are traits behavioral and contingency approach. The choice of those approaches affects the style of leadership developed by the principle of Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar. The technique used to collect data is deep interview participatory observation and the last documentary study. The technique used to analyze data is discritive qualitative. It consists of three main activities data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusion . This study has discovered three point first situational leadership approach can increase Non Formal Educater s job performace second the successful of life skill program affected by the principle s leadership and well facility finally the situasional leadership approach has positive influence in executing life skill program further it also can increase the degree street boys and poor family life.
