Kata kunci perilaku bullying teknik role playing siswa SD Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada fenomena yang terjadi di SD Islam Qur ani Al Bahjah 03 Tulungagung terdapat perilaku bullying yang dilakukan oleh beberapa siswa terhadap temannya. Penanganan yang telah diberikan belum optimal sehingga perilaku bullying masih sering terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan teknik role playing dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa . Rancangan penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan single subject design dan model yang digunakan A-B-A . Subjek penelitian 8 (delapan) siswa yang memiliki perilaku bullying tinggi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan rubrik observasi dan bahan perlakuan berupa panduan teknik role playing untuk konselor. Instrumen penelitian telah divalidasi oleh ahli bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Analisis data menggunakan visual dengan memperhatikan perubahan level dan trend. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedelapan subjek pada fase baseline pertama (A) memiliki perilaku bullying yang tinggi. Pada fase intervensi (B) ketujuh subjek mengalami penurunan level dan terdapat satu subjek pada sesi awal belum mengalami perubahan level. Pola ini menunjukkan terjadi latensi atau subjek membutuhkan waktu penyesuaian pada proses intervensi namun kondisi subjek berubah pada sesi akhir fase intervensi (B) terjadi penurunan level. Berdasarkan data tersebut trend mengalami penurunan. Masuk ke fase baseline kedua (A ) dimana intervensi ditarik atau tidak dilaksanakan level dan trend mengalami penurunan yang tajam. Pola tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ketika intervensi ditarik atau tidak dilaksanakan tetap terjadi penurunan level dan trend yang tajam. Artinya bahwa pelatihan teknik role playing efektif mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa SD. Saran penelitian sebagai berikut (1) konselor dapat menggunakan teknik role playing untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa SD (2) peneliti selanjutnya perlu menindak lanjuti dengan menggunakan variasi metode dan rancangan penelitian lain untuk menguji keefektifan teknik role playing guna mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa SD. 8195 ABSTRACT Miftachurrohmah. 2017. Keywords bullying behavior role playing technique elementary students This study is based on the phenomenon that occurs in the Islamic Elementary of Qur ani Al Bahjah 03 Tulungagung there is bullying behavior by some students to their friends. Handling has been given not optimal so the behavior of bullying is still common. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of role playing techniques in reducing student bullying behavior. The design of this research was experiment using single subject design and model used A-B-A . Research subjects 8 (eight) students who have high bullying behavior. Instrumentation of data collection using observation rubric and treatment material in the form of role playing guide for counselor. The research instrument has been validated by expert guidance and counseling. Data were analyzed by graphical visual data analysis. The results showed that individually the role playing technique was effective in reducing bullying behavior of elementary students. Score of bullying behavior before and after intervention from each subject is Subject of AD based on observation rubric with baseline mean of 27 decreased 20 5 in phase intervention and decrease to 9 5 in maintenance phase Subject MZ mean baseline 28 decreased to 21 in intervention and decreased to 8.5 on maintenance The subjects of HR mean baseline 28 decreased to 21.5 in the intervention phase and 9.5 in maintenance Subject TR mean 27 at the baseline decreased to 21.5 at intervention decreased to 9.5 on maintenance Subjects of WA 26.5 at baseline decreased to 21.5 in intervention and decreased to 9.5 in maintenance The mean RB subject 26.5 at the baseline mean decreased to 18 at the baseline and decreased to 9 in maintenance The TT subjects mean 26 in the baseline phase decreased to 19.5 in inteevence and decreased to 8.5 The RJ subject of the baseline mean 27.5 decreased to 20 in the intervention and became9.5 in the maintenance phase. Based on these data each subject experienced a sharp decline. Based on the results of the research the proposed suggestion is that the researchers then need to follow up with other methods and designs to test the effectiveness of the role playing technique in order to reduce bullying behavior in the students.
