Abstract

Setiap orang yang mengikuti proses belajar mengajar tentunya mengharapkan akan memperoleh hasil belajar yang tinggi. Namun harapan tersebut belum dapat dipenuhi oleh setiap pebelajar. Hasil belajar turut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor diantaranya berhubungan dengan sejumlah karakteristik belajar mahasiswa sebagai pebelajar seperti sikap belajar motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar. Untuk mengkajinya penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui hubungan antara sikap belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon. (2) Mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon. (3) Mengetahui hubungan antara disiplin belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon. (4) Mengetahui hubungan antara sikap motivasi disiplin belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon. Guna mencapai tujuan di atas penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon dengan populasi sebesar 311 mahasiswa dan sampel 153 mahasiswa. Sampel diambil secara random proporsional. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dan survei Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel sikap belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon berada pada kategori sangat tinggi (2) Variabel motivasi belajar disiplin belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon masing-masing berada pada kategori tinggi. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara sikap belajar motivasi belajar disiplin belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan saran-saran sebagai berikut (1) Kepada pengelola D-II PGSD Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon disarankan agar hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan masukkan untuk melakukan bimbingan dan konseling dengan meningkatkan sikap motivasi dan disiplin belajar mahasiswanya sehingga diharapkan akan lebih lagi meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa (2) kepada dosen mata kuliah dan dosen penasehat akademik perlu mengembangkan strategi belajar metode dan cara belajar mahasiswa yang mendorong motivasi belajar mahasiswa karena metode belajar mahasiswa masih belum efisien dan sistematis serta membangun kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya kerjasama dalam belajar (3) kepada dosen mata kuliah dan dosen bimbingan konseling dapat lebih fokus pada upaya peningkatan disiplin belajar mahasiswa di luar kelas terutama tugas-tugas pribadi maupun kelompok yang harus dikerjakan di luar kelas volumenya dapat lebih ditingkatkan. Secara umum penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa prestasi belajar mahasiswa D-II PGSD FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon akan lebih baik jika sikap belajar motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar mahasiswanya baik. Everyone who is following the teaching and learning process of cource expects to get the highest in learning result. But the expectation has not been fulfilled by every students. The result of learning is influenced by various factor among them are related with a number of students learning characteristics as the educated like learning attitude motivation of learning and discipline of learning. To know the contribution of the factors clearly one of the efforts which should be done is by doing the research. To studi it this reseach was done to (1) know the relationship between the learning attitude and the learning achievement of the students o D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon. (2) know the relationship between learning motivation and the achievement of the students of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon. (3) know the relationship between discipline of learning and the learning achievement of the students of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon. (4) know the relationship among attitude motivation discipline of learning and the learning achievement of the students of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon. To achieve the purpose above this research was done by using descriptive corelational method. It was done in D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon with the 311 students as the population and 153 studnts as the sample. Sample was taken proportional randomly. The data was collected by using the questionnaires and survey. The study shows that (1) The variable of the learning attitude of the students of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon stays at the highest category. (2) The variable of motivation of learning learning discipline and the learning achievement of the students of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon respectively stays at high category. (3) There is significant relationship either partial or simultaneous among learning attitude motivaton of learning learning discipline and learning achievement of the students of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP PattimuraUniversity Ambon. Based on the result of the study there are some suggestions as follows (1) The organizers of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon are suggestd to use the result of the study as the input to carry out the counseling and guidance by increasing the attitude motivation and learning discipline of the stuents therefore it is hopd to increase more the learning achiement of the students. (2) The lecturers of the subject and academic advisors should develop learning strategy method an the way of students learning which can motivate the students to learn because the learning method of the students has not efficient and systematic o build the awareness of the students of the importance of working together. (3) The lecturers of the subject and the lecturers of Counseling and Guidance can focus more the effort of increasing the discipline of the students outside the class especially personal duties and also groups which must be done outside the classroom its volume can be more improved. In general this research indicates thatb the learning achievement of the students of D-II PGSD Pre-service training FKIP Pattimura University Ambon will be better if learnng attitude motivation of learning and discipline of earning of their students is good.
