Kata kunci pengembangan bahan ajar sejarah lokal video stop motion Di wilayah Kabupaten Bima masih banyak sekolah yang belum menggunakan bahan ajar sejarah lokal dalam pembelajaran sejarah salah satunya SMA Negeri 1 Sape. Guru sejarah di SMA Negeri 1 Sape masih menggunakan bahan ajar konvensional yaitu bahan ajar siap pakai instan tanpa ada usaha guru untuk menyusun sendiri sehingga pembelajaran sejarah terpaku pada buku paket yang telah di sediakan dengan materi sejarah Nasional. Penelitian ini mengenai pengembangan bahan ajar sejarah lokal berbentuk video stop motion dengan materi Pemerintahan Sultan Abi l Khair Sirajudin di Bima. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Sape. Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar sejarah lokal berbentuk video stop motion dengan materi Pemerintahan Sultan Abi l Khair Sirajudin di Bima serta untuk menguji efektivitas dari bahan ajar sejarah lokal ini. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan sepuluh tahap yaitu mencari potensi dan masalah mengumpulkan informasi desain produk validasi desain revisi desain uji coba produk revisi produk uji coba pemakaian revisi produk. Uji coba produk dilakukan pada validator materi validator media uji coba kelompok kecil uji coba kelompok besar. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa kumpulan foto/gambar materi Pemerintahan Sultan Abi lKhair Sirajudin di Bima (1640-1682) yang digabungkan menggunakan aplikasi Windows Movie Maker sehingga menciptakan ilusi gerakan ketika serangkaian frame dimainkan berurutan secara berkesinambungan dan dipadukan dengan musik instrumental. Produk ini hanya bisa di gunakan dengan pemutar video yang mendukung berkas file Media Windows Video (mvw).Uji coba efektivitas produk bahan ajar dilakukan padakelas X MIA 1 Produk pengembangan bahan ajar sejarah lokal berbentuk video stop motion dengan materi Pemerintahan Sultan Abi l Khair Sirajudin di Bima (1940-1982) terbukti efektif sebagai bahan ajar sejarah lokal dimana peserta didik mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 77 5. Nilai 77 5 sudah memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal yaitu 75. Manfaat khusus bahan ajar sejarah lokal berbentuk video stop motion dengan materi Pemerintahan Sultan Abi l Khair sirajudin adalah memberikan stimulus kepada peserta didik untuk belajar sejarah. Terutama sejarah lokal di mana mereka merupakan bagian dari sejarah lokal tersebut dengan memahami sejarah lokal siswa dapat mengambil nilai positif dari perjuangan leluhur mereka dan menuntun mereka ke arah yang lebih baik lagi. Saran bagi pengembangan produk lebih lanjut ialah bagi pengembang lain untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar sejarah lokal khususnya yang berkaitan dengan sejarah lokal di Bima tidak hanya pada materi Pemerintahan Sultan Abi l Khair Sirajudin. Banyak potensi materi sejarah lokal yang belum di angkat menjadi materi bahan ajar di sekolah khususnya di SMA Negeri 1 Sape. ABSTRACT Setiaddin Rian. 2016. Teachers of SMA Negeri still apply conventional learning resources which is convenient learning media commonly being instant without any efforts to arrange by the teachers themselves thus history learning is sticking to national history substances. This research illustrates about learning media development in a video stop motion engaging the content about the Reign of Sultan Abi lKhairSirajudin of Bima. This study was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Sape. Furthermore the research aims to generate local history learning media in a video stop motion form employing the theme of the Reign of Sultan Abi lKhairSirajudinofBima and examine the effectiveness rate of this local history learning media. The development process was performed using ten stages as follows recognizing the potential and issues collecting information product design design validation design revision product trials product revision usage trials and product revision. Product trials were performed by substances validator the media validator of small group and larger group test. The generated product is photograph/picture collection about the Emperor of Sultan Abi lKhairSirajudin of Bima (1640-1682) which was combined using windows movie maker hence it created movement illusion when some frames are played consecutively and being a fusion to instrumental music. This product can only be used by video player that supports Media Windows Video (mvw) file. Effectiveness test towards learning media product was attempted to X MIA 1 class the development product of local history learning media in a video stop motion engaging the content the Reign of Sultan Abi lKhairSirajudin of Bima (1940-1982) claimed to be effective asa local history learning resource in which students gain average score by 77 7. 77 5 is qualified to meet the criteria of minimum completeness which is 75. The particular benefit of local history learning media in a video stop motion using the topic about the Reign of Sultan Abi lKhairSirajudin of Bima is providing stimulus towards students in the history learning. Specifically the local history where students are part of the local history itself when students obtain the understanding of local history thus students will likely grasp positive values of their ancestor s struggle and lead them to be a better. For further product development research author recommends to develop local history learning media notably that is tied with the local history which not only examiningabout the Reign of Sultan Abi lKhairSirajudin. There are many potential local history elements which are not being observed yet relating to learning media content in the school especially at SMA Negeri 1 Sape.
