ABSTRAK Bagus Prasetyo Widya Heri. 2017. Pengembangan Model Latihan Teknik Dasar Passing Control Dalam Permainan Sepakbola Untuk Usia 11-13 Tahun Di SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu. Skripsi Jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Malang Pembimbing (1) Dr. Imam Hariadi M.Kes. (2) Dra. Sri Purnami M.Pd. Kata Kunci model latihan passing control teknik dasar passing sepakbola Berdasarkan observasi peneliti di SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu untuk peserta latihan usia 11-13 tahun yang terdiri dari 24 anak terdapat permasalahan pada permainan sepakbola khususnya pada kemampuan passing. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa (1) dari 24 pemain 21 (87 5%) diantaranya telah melakukan teknik dribble dengan benar (2) dari 24 pemain 10 (41 6%) diantaranya telah melakukan teknik passing dengan benar (3) dari 24 pemain 19 (79 1%) diantaranya telah melakukan teknik shooting dengan baik. Selain hasil dari pengamatan peneliti juga melakukan observasi analisis kebutuhan dengan wawancara sedangkan data yang diperoleh dari pelatih juga membutuhkan tambahan variasi cara model latihan passing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model latihan teknik dasar passing control yang bervariatif untuk siswa SSB Blue Eagle di Tulungrejo Kota Batu dalam bentuk buku panduan. Dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada model penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg and Gall. Penelitian yang diambil oleh peneliti adalah model penelitian dan pengembangan procedural. Prosedur pengembangan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu (1) analisis kebutuhan (2) membuat produk awal (3) evaluasi para ahli (4) uji coba kelompok kecil (5) revisi produk (7) revisi produk akhir hasil produk. Untuk uji coba Produk yaitu (1) desain uji coba (2) subjek uji coba (3) jenis data (4) intrumen pengumpulan data (5) analisis data. Berdasarkan data hasil uji coba kelompok kecil (10 subyek) dapat disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari 79 01% dari subyek uji coba peserta latihan usia 11-13 tahun SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu menyatakan bahwa model latihan ini mudah dipahami menarik senang dan bermanfaat. Sedangkan data hasil uji coba kelompok besar (30 subyek) dapat disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari 77 58% dari peserta latihan usia 11-13 tahun SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu menyatakan bahwa model latihan ini mudah dipahami menarik senang dan bermanfaat. Berdasarkan evaluasi ahli kepelatihan terdapat hasil data (77 67%) dan evaluasi ahli sepakbola terdapat hasil data (86 60%) diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ahli kepelatihan menyatakan setuju terhadap model latihan yang dikembangkan dan bisa dikembangkan. Sedangkan evaluasi ahli media terdapat hasil data (75%) diperoleh kesimpulan dari ahli media bahwa dari 18 pertanyaan hasilnya 16 diantaranya valid dan hanya ada 2 yang kurang setuju dan perlu diperbaiki. Sehingga produk pengembangan model latihan passing control untuk pemain usia 11-13 tahun SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu ini diharapkan dikembangkan lagi supaya lebih variatif sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang maksimal. Keywords model passing control exercise basic passing technique football Based on observations by researchers at SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu for participants aged 11-13 years consisting of 24 children there are problems in the game of football especially on the ability of passing. The result is known that (1) out of 24 players 21 (87.5%) of them have performed dribble techniques correctly (2) of 24 players 10 (41.6%) of them have performed the correct passing technique (3) of 24 Players 19 (79.1%) of them have done shooting technique well. In addition to the results of the observations the researchers also conducted observation needs analysis by interview while the data obtained from the trainer also requires additional variations of the way the model of passing practice. The purpose of this research is to develop a varied model of passing control technique for students of SSB Blue Eagle in Tulungrejo Kota Batu in the form of guide book. In research and development it refers to the research and development model of Borg and Gall. Research taken by researchers is a model of procedural research and development. The procedure for developing the steps taken by the researcher is (1) needs analysis (2) making the initial product (3) the evaluation of the experts (4) small group trial (5) product revision (7) revision of the final product the product result. For the test of the Product (1) the design of the trial (2) the test subject (3) the data type (4) data collection instrument (5) data analysis. Based on data from small group trial (10 subjects) it can be concluded that more than 79.01% of subjects of participants training at age 11-13 years SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu stated that this exercise model is easy to understand interesting happy and useful . While data of large group trial result (30 subjects) can be concluded that more than 77 58% of exercise participants age 11-13 year SSB Blue Eagle Kota Batu stated that this exercise model is easy to understood interesting happy and useful. Based on expert evaluation of coaching there are data result (77 67%) and evaluation of soccer expert there is result of data (86 60%) got conclusion that expert coach agreed to model of exercise developed and can be developed. While the evaluation of media experts there are data results (75%) obtained the conclusions from media experts that of the 18 questions the results 16 of which are valid and there are only 2 that less agree and need to be improved. So the product development model of passing control exercises for players aged 11-13 years SSB Blue Eagle Stone Town is expected to be developed again so that more varied so as to achieve maximum learning objectives. And can be used as an alternative to train passing technique skills.
