ABSTRAK Khoirina Ajrin. 2017. Peningkatan Kemampuan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan Akibat Latihan Lempar Bola Posisi Berdiri Dan Duduk Untuk Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen. Kata Kunci daya ledak otot lengan melempar chestpass bolabasket. Latihan kondisi fisik sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang peningkatan kemampuan kondisi fisik peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan kegiatan passing bolabasket. Salah satu kondisi fisik yang diperlukan adalah daya ledak otot. Latihan daya ledak otot dapat dilakukan dengan banyak latihan pliometrik yang dalam penelitian ini berupa latihan lempar bolabasket berdiri tegak bersandar di tembok dan latihan lempar bolabasket duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Turen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lempar bolabasket berdiri tegak bersandar di tembok dan duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan. Rancangan penelitian ini berupa eksperimental dan jumlah sampel 34 orang coba sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive proportional random sampling dengan porsi 80% dari jumlah 42 orang coba laki-laki. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan instrumen tes dan non tes. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan dan non tes berupa eksperimen dan observasi langsung dilengkapi dengan angket. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes lempar bolabasket tanpa awalan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik anava jika Fhitung Ftabel 0 05 dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan uji LSD. Hasil analisis data diperoleh tiga simpulan yaitu (1)Hasil analisis data diperoleh pada kelompok berdiri thitung 5 8002 ttabel 1 746 (2) Pada kelompok duduk thitung 20 9805 ttabel 1 746 (3) Latihan lempar bolabasket berdiri tegak bersandar di tembok dan duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan hasil diperoleh Fhitung 69 1029 F tabel 945 0 05 4 15. Sedangkan hasil uji lanjut teknik LSD selisih antar rata-rata hitung 65 1764 dan uji tabel LSD 16 6218. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1)Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok berdiri (2)Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok duduk (3)Ada pengaruh latihan lempar bolabasket berdiri tegak bersandar di tembok dan duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok terhadap kemampuan daya ledak otot lengan. Latihan lempar bolabasket duduk di lantai bersandar di tembok lebih baik daripada latihan lempar bolabasket berdiri tegak bersandar di tembok. ABSTRACT Khoirina Ajrin. 2017. Physical condition training is necessary to support the improvement of physical ability of extracurricular participants in doing basketball passing activities. One of the necessary physical conditions is the explosive power of the muscles. Muscle force explosive exercises can be performed with many pliometric exercises which in this study are basketball throwing exercises standing upright on the wall and training basketball throws sitting on the floor leaning against a wall done at SMAN 1 Turen. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of basketball throwing exercise standing upright on the wall and sitting on the floor leaning against the wall against the increased ability of arm muscle explosive power. The design of this study was experimental and the sample size was 34 samples using the purposive proportional random sampling technique with 80% portion of the total 42 male try. The research instrument used test and non test instrument. The test is used to measure the ability of explosive muscles of the arm and non-test in the form of experiments and direct observation is completed with questionnaire. Data collection techniques use basketball throwing technique without prefix. The collected data were analyzed by anava technique if Fcount Ftable 0 05 was tested continued using LSD test. From the data analysis obtained three conclusions are (1) The results of data analysis obtained in the standing group tcount 5 8002 ttabel 1.746 (2) In the sitting group tcount 20 9805 ttabel 1.746 (3) The basketball throwing exercise stands upright against the wall and sits on the floor leaning against the wall against the increased ability of arm muscle burst power the results obtained Fcount 69 1029 F table 945 0.05 4.15. While further test results LSD technique difference between the average count 65.1764 and test table LSD 16.6218. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that (1) There is different ability of arm muscle burst before and after treatment in standing group (2) Different ability of arm muscle explosive power before and after treatment in sitting group (3) Basketball standing upright against the wall and sitting on the floor leaning against the wall against the ability of the arm muscle s explosive power. Basketball throwing exercises sitting on the floor leaning against the wall better than the practice of throwing basketball standing upright against the wall.
