Keywords triple jump method of play junior Learning of physical education sport and health (Dikjaskes) in public schools should ideally go well for example master teacher teaching materials can apply a variety of methods can provide video learning method. However the reality Dikjaskes learning in junior secondary school (MTs) material triple jump athletics numbers not as expected. That is because only the teacher in implementing the learning exercise or enforce any of the methods course is lecture method. This has an impact on the learning process and the learning takes place not running as desired. Students are not learning like athletics students are not listening to the teacher students kidding themselves that have an impact on student learning outcomes. Action research aims to improve the learning that has not been effective. To improve learning in the classroom action research is necessary to the stages in the development of programs and research implementation. These stages namely the planning implementation observation and reflection. With the several stages of the research are expected to run well and in line with expectations. Research conducted in this Sumberjo MTs using descriptive qualitative research method. In the implementation of learning record things that are deviant or not in accordance with the plan in the form of field notes and the success rate triple jump. The results of the application of the method to play in cycle 1 namely the techniques prefix no student who made a mistake. On tiptoe techniques there are 6 students or 15.70% higher should tolakannya forward direction 16 students or 42.11% pivot foot is drawn up and is still bent. At step technique there are 10 students or 26.32% pivot foot is still silent 14 students or 36.84% is still bent front leg and 17 students or 44.73% both hands still or not taken. In the jumping technique there are 3 students or 7.89% hand bent 7 students or 44.73% passive pivot foot and 6 students or 15.79% at the time of landing is still using one leg. In cycle 2 has been shown to decrease the errors in the prefix techniques which make no mistake. On tiptoe engineering students or 10.53% 4 pivot leg is still passive. In step 5 engineering students or 13.16% megayunkan not second hand. In the jumping technique there are 4 students or 10.53% are not bent knee in front of the chest. The research method aims to improve the skills of playing triple jump. It is expected that teachers play dikjas using methods that increase knowledge and to improve the skills of students as well as to improve students attitudes into a better attitude.
